But, uh, the main takeaway is that she doesn't want anyone to be better than her at anything, but she's just been coasting off of her own "talent" for centuries."

    Kinda reminds you of Victoria, but you keep that to yourself.

    "So, what brings you around, boss?" Rakshasa asks, sitting down on an office chair that most likely came from the industrial district.

    "Honestly? I was just popping in to fight Ares, but if he can't fight right now..." You shrug, "...Oh well. I've got other stuff to do today, anyhow. Hey, let me know if he shows up again-- Oh! And tell everyone I said hi!"

    "Can do." He gives you a thumbs up as you head back to the Terminal.

    And just like that, it's like you never left Grandma's. You stretch your arms as you walk inside, a little frustrated that you didn't get to fight Ares. You'd rather take care of things like that quickly, but it can't really be helped.

    You end up coming through the back door just as Dad enters through the front.

    Kohaku giggles at this, "Right on time!"

    Homura eyes Dad a little suspiciously.

    Dad shrugs happily, "She mostly takes after her mother."

    "So, uh, I forgot to ask earlier, but did you ever ask Hitomi about the Terminals?" You ask after you've had the question stewing for a few days, "It makes travelling around the city a breeze!"

    "I did." Homura nods, turning back to you, "How else do you think I managed to get from my home to your's in a few minutes?"

    "Fair enough, but why didn't you just come directly here?" You ask, "We have a Terminal in the backyard."

    Homura blinks, "...Interesting." Shortly after saying that, she walks past you and into the backyard.

    "She, uh, seems stoic." Dad mutters with an awkward laugh, "Like, really stoic."

    "It certainly seems like it," Yuki snarks as he appears from the hallway, "But under the surface, she just adores--?"

    Homura smacks Yuki in the back of the head as she walks back in (an impressive feat, considering the height difference).

    "That's enough." Homura calmly states, "I believe we were just about to go for a stroll?"
