So basically, just like there's Apiary (The Building) and Apiary (The Bug Woman), there's Qsanyin (The Company) and Qsanyin (The Genius Who is Also Dead)

His company was originally called "Oliveira Pharmaceutical Concerns", but was renamed after his death to " Ọsanyin Conglomerated Industries" which most people just refer to as "Ọsanyin".

Hey I just realised something.
Unless I'm misremembering, Goldnine converts any and all biological matter into more of itself yeah? Doesn't that mean the easy solution to our lack of Goldnine would just be to go buy some potted plants?

But then… if the goldnine spills, then that's an instant TPK. Also, the R-Train would be on our asses instantly.

Are there people still in the area? If teleporters can get in and out, it seems the obvious thing to do is teleport out everyone who isn't claimed by the ice.

It would take a A LOT more that a few potted plants to make enough useable goldnine for an Ambrosia does. And the R-Train can sense the energy released during the conversion process and would be all over you.
There a lot of people still there. The issue is that the Throne's spacial warping powers means only the strongest teleporters can get someone out. And if they, like Memoria, ever went back the Throne would kill them instantly to prevent them from doing just what you suggest. It's why Marcos never went back.

Well... that's imaginative.... But I assume dumping what essentially is a eldritch horrors blood on the doorstep of another one is a bad idea. Best case scenario? Nothing happens. Worst case scenario? Hmm lets see...
1. The Throne reacts to Goldnine and somehow gets control of it and now we frozen stalactites of Yellow Snow that could do who knows what.
2. It supercharges the damn thing and instead of 1-2 inches per year its i-2 inches an hour! or month, both are bad.
3. The damn thing somehow converts the excess energy and creates its own avatar, no longer needing a host. HI Lich King!
4. The two Eldritch horrors become pen pals *Cue Screaming*
5. IDK Its a bad idea!
