If you've ever seen Todo in JJK fight, this is basically recreating his Boogie Woogie. This changes Bullet Proof's teleportation conditions to their needles, meaning they can switch places with their needle or the person/object said needle is attached too, or switch two needles/objects or people with needles attached to them around while preserving their momentum.

Switcheroo is invincible, and so are their needles, so the slow creation time isn't much of a drawback since they'll always have their full suite of 20 needles.

Needless to say, this has a lot of potential in team fights. Someone's trying to jump Doctor Silver, Menagerie Witch, or Lady Leizi? They have a needle each and suddenly, Switcheroo or Black Swan has taken their place to eat the hit for the former and return fire with a point blank full blast for the latter.

Invulnerable Enemy trying to make an escape? Switcheroo knows where they are at all times because a needle was phased inside their guts during the fighting and could just tear them apart from the inside if needed. That, and they could just be teleported right in front of our team to make any attempts at escape moot. Penitent Scholar thinks he can escape with his quantum BS? Think again!

This really works best with another melee fighter!

A lot of builds involving Teleportation seem to think swapping out Memoria for Xtreme is a good idea, which I think is good in you want a combat teleporter but not good if you want long-range stuff. After all, not only is Xtreme's power limited to line-of-sight, it also has a range of about a hundred meters.
Arguably we will have Yara for that as is. If people want a combat Teleporter, we either do Xtreme with Red Huntress or one of the Bullet Proof builds I imagine.
 
I do personally think everybody's sleeping on Tenebrism- easy Telekinesis and FFM for 6 when you throw in 1 costers, with still enough room for either Lightstep for speed or Red Huntress+Soldier X to fish for synergies. Also probably the most likely behind Man o' War to give us a Stand.
 
The way I see it on the Red Huntress side, we're going to end up doing one of Tenebrism (Hydrocity/Daggermaw/Mr. Hunch), XTreme (Soldier X/Daggermaw/Mr. Hunch), or Sewer Rat (Millions/Soldier X/Daggermaw/Mr. Hunch) for self enhance as solid paths. I also think the Miss Conception (Millions/Daggermaw/Soldier X/Mr. Hunch) build isn't bad if trying for a full invis suite, but lacks a certain level of strength in direct combat compared to the rest.

I do personally think everybody's sleeping on Tenebrism- easy Telekinesis and FFM for 6 when you throw in 1 costers, with still enough room for either Lightstep for speed or Red Huntress+Soldier X to fish for synergies. Also probably the most likely behind Man o' War to give us a Stand.

For Tenebrism combos it probably works best with Man O' War (Hydrocity), Lightstep (Hydrocity/+1 Soldier X or Daggermaw), and Red Huntress (Hydrocity/Daggermaw/Mr. Hunch) like you said, given the ability for the physical traits to pass onto the constructs. Though the big issue with Tenebrism is we can't really build around it well rather than being a complimentary piece till we know how to make ACC, though I am fairly certain that any build using Tenebrism as the centerpiece, is also picking up Dragonsteeth and one of Frostbite or Hydrocity.

We will have to see when Yara manifests her powers fully. There's no guarantee that a synergy will do all the same things that its components do, but it wouldn't be surprising if she could for example bring others into a dream world via phasewalking and teleport that way.

If that doesn't end up happening though, I think people really undersell the utility of a strategic level teleport. Our enemies have used this capability to get one over us twice in both of the big climax missions. First it was Faust with Shell Game, and then Socialite Butterfly with a Memoria clone. And consider that an attack on Elysium station is in our future and will certainly be another climax mission. A well placed long-range teleport could circumvent having to directly punch through the gauntlet of defences they no doubt have or facilitate a clean getaway. I also foresee more VIP extraction missions in the future, so even the power to strategically teleport just one person would help a lot with those.

We were rushing for an answer to psychics in Yara. In the long-term I would like an answer to strategic teleportation as well if Yara doesn't fill that role.
 
Personally, I'm really not comfortable using the Scarlet Maturity-tinted samples. It's very much a "this is a horrible idea" to me.

However, if we're going for a Teleportation build, and you don't care about that, may I suggest:

Bullet Proof (5) + Memoria (4) + XTreme (4) = Teleportation x3, Enhanced Senses, Intangibility, Clairvoyance, Regeneration

Bullet Proof could teleport projectiles through video live feeds, Memoria could create live feed "pictures" he could turn into portals for anything connected to him and XTreme could teleport himself to anywhere he could see within a set distance.

I imagine the result of this would be something like Warpstar, where the user can teleport anywhere they can see, directly or indirectly. However, they replace being able to detach and teleport their parts separately with being able to teleport other things.

The interesting part is what the other tags do. To be precise, how the red tags add to this power. My guess? They can teleport things to destructively mix together(telefragging) or use it to combine things into a new whole, like in the Fly, though hopefully more pleasant and deliberate(plus consensual).

I like the double enhanced strength, should be good for a brawler, and the double Transformation might result in some interesting stuff.

Also a long-range teleporter has more utility than you think: notably we can evacuate civilians with one, and Lady Leizi mentioned dropping Black Swan on our enemies's heads.

I did make a build with Tenebrism way back when. No idea if they are good or not. But I like them. I just wanted 3x strenght.

A transforming Reptile that can create Shadow Minions, can punch you through a mountain and has something relating to FFM. Solid build. Where it gets weird is when you add a couple more dna Samples (Really wish the builder could go to idk 7 or 8). Could even add Frostbite for a 2X Elemental Manipulation and 4X Enhanced Strength higher potency build.

Adding Soldier X adds Autobiokinesis to the result.
Adding any clairvoyance like I Spy or Mr. Hunch adds Telekinesis and Battle Precognition

So for 11 potency/Tolerance or 8 with reductions we can get a character with...

The Dark Star:
Tenebrism+ Daggermaw+ Hydrocity+ Adamant+ Mr. Hunch+ Soldier X = 11 Potency or 8 potency with Reductions...

Land Of Illusion

Miss Conception (3) + Eastwood (2) + Millions Minefield (1) + Mr. Hunch (1) + Multiplex (1)

A support/illusion/control build for Soraia. Miss Conception and Eastwood are pretty complimentary: making the illusions more solid thanks to Construct Creation, and allowing for them to provoke an emotional reaction thanks to Mental Manipulation. Hunch adds a little bit of psychic spice, possibly allowing for Soraia to analyze the situation and get an idea of what to do, Millions boosts the Energy Manipulation part to add a hair of offensive potential, and Multiplex would let Soraia become a part of the illusion herself, changing her form to work inside it.

Sure enough, the most reclusive member of NuGen is holding court, regaling a crowd of people with some story. She says the punchline, and they all laugh on cue. You see her self-satisfied smirk and know—despite how she might protest—she's enjoying herself. Adamant is behind her, in his metal form, looking stoic to anyone who doesn't know him. However, you can tell how relieved he is that he just needs to stand there while Lady Leizi does the talking.

The Outsider sighs and shakes his head. "Apiary, I don't know how your team has beaten down your self-esteem—"

"What?!"

"—but you are by far the most popular member of NuGen. You are the most popular dysmorphic metahuman in the city."

"I am? Wait, no, back up to what you said about my team beating me down?!"

He ignores you. "Your good deeds are plastered all over social media. Children pretend to be you on playgrounds. All anyone at DMU meetings talks about is how 'we should be more like Apiary'. You are as beloved as any metahuman in Horizon right now. Now is the time to strike and advocate for your people!"

Novalight streaks in through the window, her body blindingly luminescent. At the same time, part of the wall explodes into a figure made of floating debris. There's a loud pounding on the front door before it's kicked in and a man with four glowing arms holding weapons enters. He's followed by a bearded man in a purple bodysuit and a person wearing a fishbowl helmet carrying a censer. A winged woman with hair made of water and a short man with a jetpack follow Novalight through the window.

He steps forward, destroying the kitchen counter and sink. Water flies everywhere. The multi-arm man grins and marches forward. Altas follows, cracking his neck. The man in the jetpack takes to the sky and pulls out a rifle with a large, circular barrel, and Asariel looks around wildly.
Just asking for clarification, but is multi-armed man supposed to be Man o' War? I remember Uiara and Lady Leizi should've met him by now (then again, this is Rosemary pov so it might not matter)

"Yeah, fuck you, Yelena," Eve calls, "The wall looks better without you on it for a reason, cunt!"

Novalight looks over at the wall where portaints of the founders of NuGen hang . . . except for her. There's a blank spot where she should be.

For a second she looks genuinely hurt.

She stops, her head even with Novalight's. Valiant Silver looks outside, while Novalight stares at a wall that excludes her. Your leader's voice is low and cold.
Man, i remember commenting about this at part 3 last update when the wall was first mentioned.
Part of me feels like this sort of exclusion would hurt Novalight personally before she relegates that in the back of her mind and falls back to her habits and being dictatorial and spiteful.
