Eh, we're gonna do more Dreamcatcher rolls during this issue so he isn't stuck with a bad roll if he gets one. He's at HIT 5 with this.

We're walking into trap against GDT and finding Yara which includes LL and Chat is utterly vital.
Those 2 I'm not budging out on with using Spiderweb especially with how SB made Eidolon hell when we couldn't prep against her.

Spider's Web can't help you there. That's the Frozen Throne. But you'll have some choices with how to deal with that.

HIT 5 isn't bad at all, I think that's acceptable.
Also, since I was looking at the stats just now and Menagerie Witch has OPS 7, is she still capped at 10 for stats when using a chimera? Because she could theoretically hit like OPS 12 with all her animals.

I would assume it's capped because it seems hard to believe that a bunch of Menagerie chimeras could be equivalent to one OPS Black Swan.

Depends how you roll in the Fill-In issues. Though, remember, space in The Frozen Throne is both infinite and non-linear.

I have solved the riddle of the ages and humbly request that this be added in 26-point font to the Corkboard.
Based on this leak, I'd guess that a successful Spiderweb on Yara will instead net info about Jair's plans, given his scheme to get her declared legally dead. We'll see if this bears out in some weeks or so.
So something if we want to make sure Yara retains her stocks make sense.

I have binged the quest! @Bitterman this is an absolutely fantastic work which manages to perfectly balance realistic cynisism with thr optimism that only superheroic literature can provide. The contrast between the very real evils of the world (be it corporate overlords or simply "heroes" who do good while being unpleasant or gallible people) against the good of our heroes and everything they represent is everything I want out of a superhero story.

What three ghosts was Nora using when she used Dynamite in the first Fill-In? Or did OG EXCEED 's Dynamite work differently from the E-B version?

It worked differently. Part of the reason Dynamite doesn't kill Ellie the way EXCEED did Nora is that fact that it filters the powers through impressions left by dead metahumans.
