There is something elegant to having Yara take up a power that in part relies on SB's sister…

After all, they're perhaps two of the people in the world she's hurt the most.

Our other two synergies with stacked keywords as components both have 2/2/1, so maybe it's something like Clairvoyance x2/Energy Manipulation x2/Flight x1?

Edit:
Come to think of it, maybe the Spider Sense synergy is Clairvoyance x2/Enhanced Senses x2/Enhanced Strength x1, also?

So something we should probably consider: SB's attack may have given us a good cover for Yara getting powers of her own, but does anyone know how long it takes side effects to start showing on natural powers? Like, that giant rat guy with a human head. Would he have slowly been transforming for a while, or would he have just had a sudden transformation that got everything done all at once?

Because given what we're planning, there's a very good chance that Yara will have some side effects to deal with.

It's slow and very, very painful. See: Flight of the Bumblebee.

Ah. Well, depending on what's rolled, we might have some explaining to do.

Also, I just had a thought: what happens if Socialist Butterfly touches someone and they develop powers after she touches them, and for whatever reason she just never touches them again after they develop their powers? Would the "Admirer" still possess the exact same powers of the original? Side note, boy, calling her clones Admirers really helps hint at just how much of a nut job SB is.

I frankly don't know jack about Valkyrie? Cannot remember right now. Still think Seraph+Red Huntress+Hunch seems like an interesting combo with some synergies that go beyond just Tags. But obviously I've pushed that literally just last page, so that shouldn't surprise anyone.

The sister of the woman she hates plus the sister she abused plus the woman she killed in front of her while she plead for mercy.I will admit it is a very narratively fun build!

Sadly, Mr. Hunch is not related. Maybe his jingle got stuck in her head at one point and annoyed her?

I know you guys want to keep her safe but I honestly think everyone is way too fixated on invulnerability, to the detriment having interesting builds.
Eh part of what BS bullshit is Invulnerability. The fact Yara already has Big Target on her Just make it obvious why we should put one on her.

Not like I have a problem with other builds just want to make sure our main sponsor cant get slayed easily.

Ngl while it is simple, if anyone is going to push for Seraph for any build I'm going to suggest for Crimson Soprano and some Elemental Manipulation (Probably Frostbite or Hydrocity) get slotted in with it. Its simple but giving extra flight to Seraph and building an FFM like this is just really efficient while leaving more space in the build as is.

She's a P13, and very likely going to be an extremely strong psychic. Even with regular human physicals I don't think she's even in the same area code as "easily slain".

ibn4 that one of her first telepathic tricks is a Guilt Shield that makes anyone who tries to attack her feel REALLY BAD about doing so and it throws off their aim enough that it makes them miss.

ngl trying to think of all the potential builds with Seraph, Shroud combo, and Red Huntress all at once put me in such a spiral that I started thinking of what Rosemary's Baby could do to alleviate all that.

Heck I started thinking up on what a low cost Teleportation DNA could do before I remembered Shell Game exists and is exactly who I was thinking of, hence likely not viable due to overlap. @Bitterman why do you keep getting my ideas in advanced

In other news, this fight kicks ass and I think you guys will like it. Trying to get it out before or on Christmas, but we'll see how much I get freed up. I'm staying with relatives for the holidays, so I'll have help with da baby. But, fools must be taught their place in Tekken, so it might be a wash.

No I agree, it is boring. And the main reason she's being targeted should be dealt with in the next two turns.

After that, how many people are actually going to risk drawing the ire of the biggest megacorporation in the city?

And now he was here. Is that how all these people got here without being seen? You thought his power only worked on himself. And why was he here now?
aaaaaaaa more power enhancers

Oh wait I just thought of something demonic. Scarlet Maturity enhancing clones and then their loans being repaid to him when they turn to mush. It doesn't seem likely, and we would notice when SM turns up later in this issue, but still.
