Honestly a 9 is still S class so if we really want to avoid Cain for now we can go for that.

Since Shelly is relly specced for Esp thats also a good way to hide how strong she is.
 
And also just match-ups and weaknesses. If we make Yara our psychic, then Scarlet Maturity won't be able to regen from crippling waves of guilt and sadness.

1 Spoonful (+1 Tolerance, -2000 Income)
1 Fast Pass (+2 Tolerance, -2000->500 Income, guessing here)
3 Spoonfuls (+3 Tolerance, -6000 Income)

And after that no more. Interesting. Also, now I really want to do Rosemary's Baby.
 
Cain's like the "big red button" option, similar to the audit. Like we really shouldn't… but it only takes 1000 income and 1 goldnine to get an A-Lister with full trained stats! (Assuming that we do full reduction)

A Lister please if im using cain im making him a P13.

Also QM Wulong power has Charges because using it too much can destryo his brain right?

If he had regen would he be able to regain or have more charges ?

Nah, it's more a high-risk/high-reward thing since now I can limit P13s.

I really do hope, we soloed Joules to prove that we could have taken him, if Nora wasn't bleeding out and dying.

The fact Joules power is making a lightning whi kinda implies he doesnt have lightbing resis/immunity. While its obvious LL has immunity to lightning from her power channeling it theoughout his body.

So combine with that high roll LL really might have just taken him out. Even Blue skies got taken out with a single crit afterall.

I'd say him making a lightning whip is more suggestive of his personality than any actual limitations on his power. We haven't really seen anything of his power except for this. I hold firm to my theory that he's just not that good at combat without his powers, whereas LL is the opposite: the powers are a natural enhancement to her being a martial arts prodigy.
