Here's a new candidate!
Candidate Noire:
Name: Jonathan John Johnson.
Age: 74.
Stats: Hit 1, Espionage 3, Reputation 3, Operation 2.
Tolerance: 8.
Chaucer's Notes: he's a P.I who worked closely with Justice Unlimited back when it began, I'm surprised he's still active honestly, he's well known for two reasons, his work ethic and his eccentric personality, he has never let case go unsolved, and the ones he can't solve he uses as motivation for the rest, as for his personality, one word, Noire, the man breathes and lives for that aesthetic, always dressing like a old school detective, complete with an ever lit cigar, due to a mistake when his initials were added to the door of his office in the industrial district (the smoke from the factories gave the area a dark cloudy day aesthetic that he really liked) he decided that the only sensible thing to do was legally change his middle name from Taylor, to John to fit the JJJ initials on his new door, he was investigating a case outside of Horizon during the Leviathan event, and the first thing he did upon coming back was send his condolences and a gift basket for everyone here before sending us his resume, my basket had a matrioshka doll shaped like a banana inside of it.
Lady Leizi: ah Jonathan, I remember him, quite a strange man, he actually gave some of my father's men quite a bit of trouble back in the day, he has actually changed his name (all of them) quite a few times due to mistakes like the one in his office, he insists in sending his requests via handwritten letter, and his handwriting is atrocious, hence why they keep mistaking his initials, even I don't know what his original name was, he apparently talked to some of my contacts to find out what my favorite wine was, obviously they told him nothing, but his basket for me had a taxidermied pigeon with a removable head and a hidden space inside of it, there was a small bottle filled with sour grape juice inside of it and a handwritten note, I think it says that he requests whatever power we give him be shadowy and mysterious, or I think that's what it says.
