If we let Lady Leizi and Handyman rest for this turn, will they regain one more HP? Or is that just Handyman since he has Regen? Might be worth having them sit out the fight for this turn so they can join in next turn.
Healing takes a mission not a turn though and if i remember right Qm said Handyman regen isnt that strong.

Neither. They would have to rest for a whole mission.
Would we need high level regen like Deadmans to heal during missions?

...Honestly, given my idea for the "They're responsible for Prince" idea, which isn't true, it's making me wonder if maybe we could have Hiver throw out a lie to get Gwen and Jean to fight each other. Imply infidelity or something.

I don't necessarily know if infidelity is on the table, but 20 bucks says that Hiver's got a LOT of hot gossip that they've been sitting on for ages in the name of "keeping the family together."

Maddie is tapped, we'll have to work with what we have.

I agree that taking down Blue Skies is the top priority, once the fog clears we need to leave Gwen and Jean-Luc in the dust and floor it. If we are going to use Lady Leizi and Handyman in combat better make the combat as short as possible so as to take advantage of the +2 HIT critical injury bonus while minimizing the chance of getting taken out. Black Swan should duel no longer than needed for the others to escape, and focus on keeping SM occupied rather than winning.

For Black Swan, could consider having her blast the ground to kick up dust, making her harder to see and hit? Then use the distraction to get behind him and fry his knee joints, or if he blows it away, focus fire down his throat, eyes or ears.

Or focus on flashbang-style blasts to keep his eyes ineffective, then nail his soft targets to impede mobility, even if they'll heal quickly.

I changed apart about maddie as for handyman and leizi the bonus should applicable as long as they dont get damage. Handyman monster form hasnt been shown yet so it should be intimidating enough to give us an opening. Its risky to him but thats why i made it clear he needs to armor up as much as possible.

Nah thats bad for us Shellgame means mona losing sight of SM is a chance for him to get ported out

If Scarlet Maturity gets permanent boosts from empowering other metahumans, I'm kinda surprised that nobody's noticed until now. I wonder what the limits are: how many times he can boost someone, how much time (if any) there has to be between boosts, whether there's a decreasing effect, and so on.

'Cause it sounds like he started at world-class already and nobody's ever noticed an appreciable increase in his own power for all the time he's been active. Then again, Hiver might not be 100% right about his power, since Faust did say he was almost right (and that sounds like it wasn't a lie).

Erm, it has been shown, it's just . . .
Truly, it was a sign to behold seeing Black Swan running away from an eight-legged horse with wings, crab claws, and a bone-bastilla growing out of its back.
. . . silly.

[X] Plan Interference Play
-[X]
Handyman should assist the fight, albeit only via ranged attacks.
-[X] Hiver goes in swinging, throwing out every criticism of Gwen's leadership and Jean-Luc's arrogance that he can think of. Call them co-dependent, toxic, narcissistic, snobbish, racist (in Jean-Luc's case), everything out. When they lash out, use barriers to reflect their attacks back at them. Meanwhile, Echidna uses the fog to go for a pincer from behind. When it's in position, have the Apep and the Nevermores (except a rideable one) rush in as well. Blue Skies is Target #1, followed by the happy couple. At some point, tell Gwen that if she goes too hard with her fire, she'll get rid of the water vapor and get rid of their escape route through Shell Game.
-[X] Black Swan uses her speed to maneuver around Scarlet Maturity, peppering him with annoying rapid fire blasts, with the occasional stronger one to a weak spot like the crotch or face. She should also mouth him off to annoy and distract him. The point is to buy time, not to try and kill him, that's not in the cards. Mock his cruelty, his callous nature, his greed, his lack of personal connections to other people. Black Swan is strong because of her mother, and the love and care her team has for her, while all SM has is hate, greed, and wrath in his heart. The minute comms come in that Leizi and Handyman are safe in the Apiary, ditch him and blast away.

We should see if we can get Scarlets power proliferated online or something. And release what we have collected so far. Do some damage to the company if nothing else

Plan Interference Play
Most of this looks good, but I do have a few criticisms.

First, you're having Handyman assist in the fight, when in Black Swan's block, you're having her fight until she gets the word that Lady Leizi and Handyman ate in the Apiary. While Handyman probably can fight from long-range, there's only so big an area he can be in while still being able to help. After all, he's only had his powers for...what, not even a week?

Second, you might want to explicitly put in having Hiver and Menagerie Witch run off somewhere. I realize that having them run is a given, but at the moment, you seem to be having them make a last stand.

Leizi and Rhys run to the Apiary, or some form of public transport that can get them closer, or hide inside some public building's bathrooms, or something like that. When they're reasonably safe, call people on the comms.

Thinkin about it Handyman has 3 ways to attack right now.

1.Ballista bolts from ranged. Though fog is a problem along with Printems and eye having more experienced in shoot oouts.

2. Go armored giant and hope to hell he can create an armor tough enough to no sell any of their attacks.

3. Go small and close in as a rat or something ambush ete or printemps.

Hmm interference isnt bad though in just them retrwating since they really dont have the health to risk fighting anymore. Though I dont i know if theres anything else they can do while running away.

Hmm blue skies can control clouds so its really a question of how high his control can reach once MW and hiver are in the sky. Though the fact his in sight probably means going straight up to escape his range before running away is viable

So, that's why "If you're known to be able to give superpowers, you get got" is the meta, because Scarlet Maturity probably enforces it to maintain his monopoly.

Yeah, that's not his Only Power I'm pretty sure, but "Scarlet Maturity is the power booster" is probably right, as is the "He gets stronger every time he boosts someone" Faust went "Almost right", so it's probably not a complete fabrication, since Faust already pivoted to "Kill everyone", so he doesn't intend to leave witnesses anymore.

That being said... This doesn't seem to make sense? People are only getting boosted now as far as we know, but Scarlet Maturity's been indescribably powerful from almost the start, hasn't he?

...side note, does anyone find it very unnerving that Faust's primary reaction to the other parts of the plan, Rhys's disguise, the horde is... bemusement?

... Oi, @Bitterman , how long has Scarlet Maturity been in action?

Is he a "Day One" super who's always been this powerful as far as anyone can tell? Or did he pop up relatively recently?

Because if he's been around for a long time... That says some very concerning things, either involving time travel or him predating most of the Metahumans in existence, and the reason there weren't any before was presumably because he was boosting and then killing them.

Question, but are we on the rooftop of the church or the street? It occurs to me that the 4 Seasons can't fly and we have a very big monster that can bowl them over the edge of the roof. Hiver can send them flying too.

Next turn is going to have way less fighting. Like, at most, whatever's guarding Rakeem's safe, and whatever the Magical Girl Squad are fighting/the magical girls themselves.

Next week is going to be all about connecting with the community, working with PR, and linking up with Uiara's family. It will be good for our hearts that nobody is in mortal peril.

um bro sorry but hero worship has high hit req meaning thats ginna be a big fight in there somewhere

Though after this rather than training I think om gonna go for everyone relaxing in elysium for turn 4 everyones needs it

Thinking about it running away for leizi and handyman should be an autopass or espionage check so thats their strenght atleast.
