There were 5 psychic voices everyone heard when Leviathan moved. The 5th is Valiant Silvergirl, calling for anyone who can help suppress Leviathan, but she's confirmed KIA so we can be sure she wasn't who Mona saw in her dream/nightmare.
The 1st voice is likely Leviathan itself since it's described as "Unfathomablhy Large and Low". The description fits the name.
3rd is Deluded and Cunning, which Mona then proceeded to blast at full power. This one's called Father, and has seniority over the girl.
The leaves 2nd (Sweet and Full of Rage) or 4th (Confused and Hurt). I think the girl was 4th, since 2nd would have tried to court Mona and when that failed, attack her instead of crying and calling for help.
As far as we know, only the superheroes and Leviathan were present in the scene during the latter's suppression so whoever the other 3 voices were, they weren't present in the fight. We also know that parts of Leviathan were shipped off to several other countries, and that one day, they just activated and everyone in the vicinity died. I'm willing to bet that the other 3 voices were born from those parts.
Our characters only have the barest of clues at the moment, but this is shaping up to be very fascinating!

Trying to think of a name for a superheroine with the core of a black hole is quite difficult. Mainly, because all the words associated with black holes are not very heroic (Hollow, Void, Blank, Collapse etc.). I'm growing more and more partial to Event Horizon to be honest. It's thematic, especially since nothing can escape the Event Horizon.
It's not just a promise to protect, but also a threat to anyone who thinks they can get away with injustice.
Colors are probably something with Black and Orange, or Black and Red, since those are the classic black hole colors. As for the symbol, I don't want it to be a black hole since I think there's such a thing as leaning too much into the theme. Gotta give Mona some variety and spice, since black isn't the most inspiring of colors.
The super massive black hole at the center of our galaxy is called Sagittarius, so we can probably use that as a symbol. Just gotta give it more flare somehow. Alternatively, the first black hole ever discovered was Cygnus X-1, so maybe something with a Swan?
Finally, the costume itself. While spandex is a classic superhero look, I think we can do better. I say we take a page out of Radiant Silvergirl's style and get Mona a flowy dress!

Scratch Event Horizon. Cygnus X-1 is the first stellar object to be considered a black hole and it's situated in the swan constellation, while Mona is the first person to ever receive powers from Ambrosia. A Swan motif is perfect for her, especially since she can be considered a Black Swan Event. A rare, very important, high-impact and unpredictable event whose consequences seem obvious in hindsight.
That seems like the perfect description for what we did. Administering max dosage of alien blood to a teenage girl using a highly experimental method, only for her to turn out as quite possibly, one of the, if not the most, powerful superhero of all time. The consequences of this are obvious, even if they haven't occurred yet, and it'll be up to Lady Leizi, Dr. Elbis and Famine Slayer to make sure it never happens.
The alternative reading is that no supervillain ever expected Mona to suddenly swoop in and knock their lights out while they were doing crime after all the superheroes died. In hindsight, it feels obvious that a new superhero would rise to meet the challenge, but it sure didn't feel like it at the time!

Basically, we're taking a page out of Radiant Silvergirl's style. Call me a philistine, but I always preferred my superheroes either in full armor, or in clothing you could reasonably think you can wear outside.

It's 2064, so I think we don't need to worry about that for now! No one would get that reference at this point in time unless they're a massive movie buff.
EDIT: Alternative name could be Swan Maiden? Swan Girl? Could stick to Event Horizon I suppose.

Gonna be honest, Black Swan is winning me over. I'll vote for the name, but not the plan, unless you're willing to change the color scheme? Maybe Black and Purple, or Black and Gold? Orange just feels off on Black.

Also, I think I'll say it now, costumes I'm looking more for vibe/general aesthetic. You can be as specific as you want, but that's the one part of the vote I reserve the right to deviate as much as necessary from.

One last thing I did want to note though, because I'm already on Black Swan:
It's worth noting that Mona blasts off parts of herself to activate her black hole powers, so we should make sure to have two things:
One: She should have that cloak strapped to her chest and stomach, not her arms, unless we wanna see it flying off. (Wardrobe malfunctions are embarrassing!) However, if the costume ends up being a projection, similar to how Mona goes about her day while still looking like a normal girl, then this is a moot point.
Two; she should also have shades. This has no practical reason, it just looks cool. (Something like the Stellaron Hunters from Star Rail.)

Jokes aside, were any of the top 5 strongest metahumans in the Leviathan fight? Radiant Silvergirl was at least, and I imagine she's in that top 5 due to her having Hit 9. That said, damn, the tippy top of the metahuman rankings must be incredibly absurd since there are people stronger than even Mona, someone who shoots relativistic attacks, can potentially move as fast as light, and is as dense as several galaxies.
