Yes. They can still have children, even between different Fictions. It will be hard to have one - due to different anatomies - , but it can happen.
But if you are referring to "Real+Fiction" children, then.... let me just say, out of fifty thousand, only two-hundred and fifty make it past a week - or past birth - , and even less can become adults.

The Chompies are confined - like 99% of the Skylander characters - to the Skylands.
SvtFoE is not here. Yet. I personally don't like the show (and its problems), but I may included it starting from Turn 4.
Shadow of the Colossus is. You can even own a Colossus.

Yes. But only in Norway do they prosper, or work with the government. Everywhere else, they are treated like pirates and criminals. So, only Norway is Viking-Friendly.

Denmark is an hotbed for Literary and Fairytale Characters. Little Mermaid, Hamlet, Othel, Match Girl.....
