Sabutai Torus on finding his first STC
Sabutai Torus was born into a noble family on the sprawling hive world of Octamis. From a young age, he was raised to be a leader and to carry the burden of his family's legacy. But Sabutai was always more interested in the mysteries of technology than in the politics of noble society. He spent his free time tinkering with machines and studying the ancient texts of the Adeptus Mechanicus.
As he grew older, Sabutai's passion for technology only intensified. He knew that the hive world was a harsh and dangerous place, and that the only hope for survival lay in harnessing the power of machines and technology. He began to experiment with cybernetic enhancements and other advanced technologies, earning the admiration and respect of his peers.
Even being send down to the bedrock of the Hive city would not lesser his passion for technology, even during all the time it to get the old ruin manufactorum and fight of mutants
But Sabutai's true calling came when he discovered an old STC fragment buried deep beneath the hive city. The ancient data contained within the fragment was unlike anything he had ever seen before, and he knew that he had stumbled upon something of immense value to the Imperium. The work in the Forge Temple would spent a long time to piecing together the fragments and deciphering the ancient code, and eventually uncovered a wealth of knowledge and technology that had been lost for millennia.
As Sabutai stood before the STC database, he knew that he had found his true purpose in life. He vowed to use his newfound knowledge to help the people of Octamis and the Imperium as a whole, and to devote his life to the helping the Adeptus Mechanicus to advanced Imperium. He knew that his noble upbringing had given him many advantages in life, but he also knew that true greatness lay not in one's birth, but in one's actions and achievements.

So far, legally speaking, you guys haven't sold a single damn thing. You've traded what you've made for nonmonetary items but no sale has occurred
Imagine if we found a lost DAoT civilization under us and it's filled with pods of DAoT humans

rolls a nat 100, the balrogs are STC guards and the number of STC we have make them think we are a registered delivery boy and let us pass by unmolested
And the amount of STCs that we have found is only on 1 hive world, imagine what for exemple the foundation of Terra would have for STCs or any hive world foundation to be fair, like our storie will be a legend that will last Millenia and make young ambitious people go into their hive world foundation, because if someone did find the good shit, it can happen a second time right ?
