While I respect the Chimera...it's not capable of what I'm looking for. If it can only hold 4 Ogryns, Ogryns = PA Astartes in terms of space, and I'm looking for an APC that can hold 10, a full squad, plus support equipment, possible medic and/or mobile bunker capabilities, and definitely an ammo resupply function. That's going to be a BIG APC.

The more I talk about it, it almost definitely would be an STC design. I'm leaving it up to the GM though.

Sounds to me like your looking for the Rhino.
It can hold 10 fully armed and armored space marines.

So are we gonna counter attack in the Lower Levels and Send out scavenger parties at the same time? seem like the best time to do as they are weak from the fail attack, and they are gonna be attack from the PDF at the same time

Also we should pull our PMC from the Elevator Terminal (Bedrock) and replace them with the Skitarii as its free, and allow us to use them somewhere else

I'm tempted to go to our PMC and hire everyone. Everyone at PDF quality and the forty trained troops so we have a large army to train with the Training Pods.

We should be able to get 9 PDF-level soldiers next turn, we are likely going to need all of them for the fighting coming up.

Throw the 40 Trained troops into our HQ where they would be going through Training Pods until they are at Aux level. The Skitarri can protect them until they are good enough to stand on their own. While also giving us time to build enough equipment to prepare for the escalating combat.

Our PMC are gonna be able to fight the gangers with what we have, as the nearby gangs have been weaken, and next turn they are gonna be attack from from the top from the PDF, so they will be spilt, and our PMC only need to clear gangs that are near the Elevator so its safe for our crews to loot the area

The PDF and Nobles will probably would be very happy with any help to kill the gangs, by actually helping to kill them or giving them cheap weapons and armor right?

Yea they will, but remember this is a Hive city, so even if we clear 20 to 50 miles around the Elevator, that is a very very small area as a whole for the Hive city, we are mostly doing so nothing can come down to our base from out Elevator and allow us to loot the area near the Elevator

Still making Friends of the PDF and nobles that pushed for gang clearing would be good to have when whatever factions/people start to attacking.

If we go out pretty much the entire hive will know we have stuff we shouldn't have.

imagine ogryns in fully functioning power armor with aim assist
I could see the armor somehow triggering their claustrophobia.

Rallying the troops
Rallying the troops

"Most of you are certainly going to die" and that could have been it, speech over, a Commissar would have liked.

But like many things concerning Sabutai Torus, it wasn't to be like that.

"I, have armed you, I, have armored you, I, have given you training that could have made you a hero in any other place" at this he stopped his passing around the podium overlooking the entirety (or at lest a big part) of the armed forces within the Manufactorium, all wielding weapons that could annihilate the enemies of the Imperium and clad in armor fit for The Emperors Angels, trained with the miracles of mankind glorious past to be the best of the best "In here, you are but a pebble in a mountain range, insignificant and useless alone but mighty in groups like a great avalanche, and it is an avalanche that we need".

Everyone there new of it, of the abominatios of the deep that lived just outside the sturdy walls of their home in the abyss, of disgusting mutant, of traitorous heretic, of horrible xeno and the most prominent of them all, the one that had the cogboys attached to the squadrons for maintenance of the chimeras vibrating with murderous fury.

Sin of the distant past, Abominable Intelligence.

"A long-forgotten enemy now stand at our gates," the attention of the men recaptured the planetary noble started to pace again "their soulless metal bodies will not stop until you are dead under their tracks, their weapons will not stop until you are reduced to mounds of meat, their advance will not stop until you are eradicated from the face of this planet, and they will not, stop, coming, until you destroy their heretical centers of control, the spiraling obelisks that sprout from across the land, mocking us, the servants of the Emperor".

He stops at the central point of the platform and turns to address them a final time.

"Men of the Imperium! The enemy is there to be defeated! Will you fail to answer the call!"

"No, we won't!"

"Will you fail to crush them against your boots!"

"No, we won't!"

"WILL YOU FAIL THE DELIVER JUSTICE FOR MANKIND"

"NO, WE WON'T"

"WHAT IS YOUR MISSION!"

"TO DIE FOR THE IMPERIUM!"

"WHAT IS YOUR PURPUSE!"

"TO FIGHT FOR MANKIND"

"AND WHO DO YOU DIE FOR!"

"FOR THE EMPEROR"

Authors Note: first ever omake hope you all like it

So here you go @FoxInASuit, your roll has given you a semi-scrambled (2150/2500) STC for better orbital construction methods. When fully decoded, all orbital construction will be 10% cheaper both in materials and effort

Edit: And not to sound rude but I am glad you didn't get what was next on the wheel.
