We have over 9.7 Million Thrones so spending 400K is nothing for security.
We are going to be fighting shortly, so we need weapons, armor, and vehicles.
Las guns are mainly so everyone has a weapon since we don't have enough HQ Impalers for everyone. They are also better overall than Stubbers and require the same amount of labor so we can shut that line down.
Carapace Armor because that should provide us enough protection for everyone and is less suspicious than our Power Armor. Not to mention we don't have enough labor.
The big deal will be establishing a
Chimera Production Line. So we can now access vehicles and give our security some much need mobile armor. This should really boost our security and increase survivability. Actually...
