If Jourdan is set on defending the Rhine with III, IV and V Corps, that leaves 9 others that can be committed to offensives. I and II are deployed to the Netherlands, and can be reinforced, or more likely rendezvous with the Batavian army. So VI through XII plus the Old Guard can be concentrated or dispersed as needed or desired. That's an insane concentration of troop strength under the best and brightest of France that can appear anywhere on the front line.
Well, let's hope we can do something about the Situation with Murat and Caroline next Turn.

Eh...the Prussian Queen's Problem with Napleonic France, IIRC, was that they were encroaching on Prussia's Sphere of Influence in Germany. We haven't done that yet. She may not like us, but I doubt she's clamoring for War with us already.
She is or atleast the war party she is part of as the highest ranking member.
We don't know that. You're basing this assumption entirely of what happened in OTL, when the Situation here is very different. For all we know, there may not even be a War Party in Prussia right now, or if it is, it may not be as powerful as it would become later.
