Oh man if we get Prussia in our alliance it would be so confusing to the other powers as to how someone who humiliated them can just join them
Well I shall say this:

Anime.

The World has become Anime.

We beat the shit out of other nations and they become our friends.
Well..... how bad is Britain taking this?
To put it lightly?

Everyone in Europe is gunning for us now with Britain Leading the way.

Because Everyone does not like the fact that Nappy is trying to secure his power base.

if the alliance success happens, lets just say that all of Europe can get thrown into chaos.

There may not be a war yet, but you can be damn sure they are preparing for soemthing.

The Marshals War Game Tournament
The Marshals War Game Tournament:

You were exhausted. "For the love of god Napoleon, let us never do this again." You proclaimed as you laid your head down on the table, feeling a great headache come over you as you realized that, yes, it was finally over.

And you could not believe who won.

Napoleon chuckled heartily as he sat down next to you, keeping a smile warm and his face clear. "This was your idea."

"Yes, and I blame myself for such foolishness to be taken place." You stated. "And I believe that most men here are furious."

"I should give him a Baton, make him an equal." Napoleon joked.

"For paper generalship, I believe that they might overthrow you." You stated. "Their pride would demand nothing less."

It was Napoleon's turn to give a healthy chuckle, and you realized that despite his surprise at the sudden victor of your little tournament, you were sure that he was more amused at the Marshals whom he thought would win were suffering this badly in their loss. "I didn't didn't expect him to win, and if it were any other man, I would say you cheated to make him win."

"You think that he is not competent enough?" You asked.

"At high command?" Napoleon nodded. "Hardly, his record in high command without supervision is very questionable."

You frowned. "Head led his men well despite his superior officer's wounds, I think he has more than proven it."

"As an emergency measure, in the friendly territory while I was on the field, nearby?" Napoleon shook his head. "I hardly consider his months in command a fair assessment."

"You just jealous it wasn't Lannes who won." you replied.

Napoleon rolled his eyes. "It must hurt his pride, knowing he lost to one of his subordinates."

You allowed yourself a small bit of pride as you finished the rankings of the top ten. "Are we going to keep these records and these plans secrets?" You asked.

Napoleon nodded. "Of course. I am not going to risk our enemies learning about this great pasture that has occurred. And the winner that was not among my Marshals."

You found yourself smiling. "Very well, but the one thing I must ask is one of simplicity. Will you still face him?"

"In this battle, no." Your husband replied. "At least in this public forum."

"Afraid you may lose in public?" you asked, teasing.

"No, more that I am afraid that my wife, will be making more plans with Severin and Davout and Lefervbe." You found yourself frowning at his words. "Without my approval again."

"You like War Plan Eagle." You replied. "I like, the entire staff like it. Even Ney and Murat like it, and they hate staff meetings."

Napoleon nodded. "Well, it just shows how thorough you were. To make Ney and Murat listen."

"Indeed." You replied. "Now, are you happy now? With this contest?"

"Yes." He replied.

You looked at the list of the top ten men who had taken a part in this.

The Top Ten, as Ranked by the Empress, the Inspector General of the Grand Armee, by order of their victories.

10. Dennis Martian Severin
9.Joachim Murat
8.Franquos Kellerman
7. Andre Massena
6. Michel Ney
5. Mortier
4. Serrurier
3. Louis Nicholas Davout
2. Jean Lannes
  1. Thomas Alexandre Dumas

Reward: General Dumas has gained, +4 to Infantry Command, Artillery Command. +3 to Grand Strategy +2 to Military, Command, Cavalry Command. +1 to Logistics, Administration.

Gain Trait: Dans Guerre et Paix: There are few men who can claim to be a man who has dedicated his life, so powerfully, to peace, with artistry and fancy, and dedicates his life to a great subject of war. His name is Dumas, and while he is no nobleman, no king, no Emperor, he is greater. He is but one man. One man who wishes for War, but can live in its Peace (Uknown Effect. His children will not seek to follow their father's military glory. Instead, forging their own paths. +10 to certain rolls.)

Dumas is very happy that he won.

Dumas is now respected by the Marshals enough to be able to command over them, and if under your command or the Emperors, he may act independently of such commands if he has a better idea.

AN: enjoy.

Huh, Dumas was the winner?

I approve.

In all seriousness, this is really showing the world how capable a man of African desent is when given the chance. The Black Devil is going to be one hell of a leader down the line.

Severin: Happy that he landed in the to ten, ecstatic that his friends took first and third, pissed that Lansy took second, and absolutely incensed that Murat beat him by one rank and is constantly rubbing it in his face.

Also, Ney did pretty good, placing 6th with most of his command stats under 20. Dumas did amazingly, considering his highest command stat is either a 17 or 19, can't remember off the top of my head. Davout and Lannes did well, as expected of Nappy's best historical marshals. Mortier and Serurier are stand outs as well, doing better than the Spoiled Child of Victory. There are some historians that rate Kellerman as a better cav commander than Murat, so no surprise he did well.

How many times do we have to teach you this Lesson, Albion?!

As I keep on saying, Albion will not stop plotting and scheming against us until we invade them.

We need to get ready for a Third Coalition War here. We really should try and remove Prussia as a possible coalition candidate (either by diplomacy or by force), so we can concentrate on fighting Britain and a Russia who's likely going to be a lot more involved than it was during the last coalition war (at least we have 1 ally in our corner this time, maybe even more).

Dumas may be a son of a nobleman, and that gave him a chance to get a world class educations, but never forget the man was a slave, and was treated as chattel until he was freed when he was a teenager.

And while he did get one helluva education, his actions and abilities are all him.

He joined the army and became a helluva swordsman.

He got lucky and showed his skill in high command.

And then there is the fact he's gained quite a few political allies since becoming a general.

And of course, he has a lovely wife and loves his children dearly.

So I can safely say that he did well for himself.
Severin: Happy that he landed in the to ten, ecstatic that his friends took first and third, pissed that Lansy took second, and absolutely incensed that Murat beat him by one rank and is constantly rubbing it in his face.
Murat: Say it Severin, your lack of ability to lead Cavalry doomed you.

Severin: No it did not.

Murat: Yes it did.

Severin: NO IT DID NOT!
Also, Ney did pretty good, placing 6th with most of his command stats under 20.
Ney is one of those guys who might not look good on paper, but by good does he make up for it by being lucky, and persistent.
Dumas did amazingly, considering his highest command stat is either a 17 or 19, can't remember off the top of my head.
Dumas got lucky by knowing almost all the commanders he faced, and in a strange way, being not as skilled meant he stuck to simpler tactics.

Plus the terrain was advantageous to him almost every damn battle, so he got lucky there.
Davout and Lannes did well, as expected of Nappy's best historical marshals.
Those two may not have faced one another, but if they did, it would answer a lot of questions about who is the best.

its Therese by the way.
Mortier and Serurier are stand outs as well, doing better than the Spoiled Child of Victory. There are some historians that rate Kellerman as a better cav commander than Murat, so no surprise he did well.
Mortier actually got in by virtue of taking every battle seriously and like they were real battles, and treated every opponent like they were enemy generals. He really went all out and it showed.

Serurier is that good , but clearly out of his element in terms of war gaming.

As for Kellerman: He's Kellerman, he's the old man of the Army, teaching these young whippersnappers whats for.
How many times do we have to teach you this Lesson, Albion?!
If we're going historically? 5 before they boot our asses another two times and we lose the empire.
As I keep on saying, Albion will not stop plotting and scheming against us until we invade them.
Easier said then done.
We need to get ready for a Third Coalition War here.
It won't start yet, but I guarantee you that it will come eventually.
We really should try and remove Prussia as a possible coalition candidate (either by diplomacy or by force), so we can concentrate on fighting Britain and a Russia who's likely going to be a lot more involved than it was during the last coalition war (at least we have 1 ally in our corner this time, maybe even more).
That is also, easier said then done.

The Prussian court hates Napoleon, and while the Emperor is now on side, his influence on Prussia is rather limited, due to Austria burning.

In their minds, France has become the boogeyman of Europe, and all efforts must be put towards defeating France if they want to able to return to a normal life, for they believe there is no compromise to be made with France. The Great Powers will do anything to ensure that their citizens see the war against France as a necessity.

New Novel Ideas (Ramble)
New Novel Ideas

Voyage of the Dawn Treader - series
An action-adventure saga where a young girl, about to be sold off (as in there's literally money changing hands) in an arranged marriage to a high ranking, fat, disgusting pig of a British aristocrat, runs away from home, obtaining passage aboard a small ship, the Dawn Treader. A fortunitous series of circumstances sees that with her head for numbers and sharp wit, she is becomes the assistant navigator. The stories chronicle her travels aboard the Dawn Treader as it travels to strange new foreign lands and various exciting adventures which she navigates with her skill, wits, and feisty go-getter attitude. At the end, she is no assistant navigator, she is captain. Upon returning to England, she is met by the same stuffy patriarchal society which attempts to strip away her stories and accomplishments, turn her into nothing more than a pretty bird in a guilded cage. The novel ends with the crew rescuing"kidnapping" her. She needs to get far away from England and it doesn't get much further than America. She orders the bow pointed west toward the new world, and new adventures.

Dark Winter
A gritty realistic military action novel set during a what-if future where a pandemic has swept across all of europe, and a young, hard bitten girl turned commander of a national guard rifle battalion trying to defend her assigned sector from the deprivations and unspeakable horrors that English raiders, slavers, and pirates want to inflict on the civilians under her protection, the UK having collapsed into its constituent parts. Over the course of the novel, all the characters show the best parts of the human condition even as their situation becomes more desperate and more hopeless, as more people die and resupply becomes less and less frequent.

Melty Blood
Yet another Womens Association project. A bodice ripper vampire novel about a british woman getting caught up in the dealings of the supernatural, a hidden war under the surface of the daylight world. She's between the nasty, scheming, sickly, patriarchal British vampires who try to rope her into their schemes based solely on her ancestry and her sex, and the suave, charming, beautiful, woman-respecting French vampires who also try to rope her into their scheme, not because she's a british woman but because she's a strong, capable person in her own right, and they need strong, capable people on their side. Ends with the woman siding with the French vampires to drive the British vampire invasion off of french soil once and for all.

In their minds, France has become the boogeyman of Europe, and all efforts must be put towards defeating France if they want to able to return to a normal life, for they believe there is no compromise to be made with France. The Great Powers will do anything to ensure that their citizens see the war against France as a necessity.
One thing I shall say is that with what we've done and how we're doing, it won't take much to convince them to commit to total war.
+20 and the Novel idea action will use one of those three ideas.

Voyage of the Dawn Treder however will be a story that Thomas Dumas tells and writes for his daughter and to the young imperial children, with Admiral Serre serving as a consultant for Navy Stuff.

So Serre is an admiral now huh? Bout time.

Quick question, who was France's best admiral during the Napoleonic Wars or who would be best to be head of the Navy?
