Well, that's good to know that Spain's fleet isn't going to be joining in the blockade of France. It may be possible to offer their royalty the chance to return home. It is a disadvantage that Spain's fleet is in the Carribean, making it difficult for them to link up with us to provide a combined fleet or at least a strong fleet-in-being to deter the RN.
I think Charlotte's intel might not be fully reliable here unless the future (?) Duke of Wellington is planning or being forced to reenact the march of the Ten Thousand. There are literally thousands of kilometres of rough terrain between the Khyber Pass (the only good way of moving an army into Afghanistan) and the Levant. Even today it would take about 800 hours of continuous marching to get to Iskenderun (the nearest Levant port), and that would still involve crossing deserts and mountain ranges. That's presuming the Durrani, Afsharids and Ottomans are willing to provide logistical support.
It could be that they know not to openly talk down to their Boss's very dangerous and beloved wife.
The Royal Navy is still the most powerful navy on the planet and will maintain patrols to see off any attempt to even get near Britain. The only way to be able to land troops on a non-suicide mission would be to defeat the RN first.

Also we must invest in Artillery. We must not fall behind in the artillery arms race. If we don't outnumber the enemy's guns by 3 to 1, I would consider this less than optimal.

The brilliance re-rolls seem to be worse than ineffective. Losing an entire arm to a triple-exploding dice roll on industrial iron and steel production is astoundingly good fortune. Roll out the grand artillery corps!
(120 men and 8 guns per battery)(8 horses per nine pounder 12 horses per twelve)
Divisional attached one brigade of 3 nine pounder batteries and one of howitzers
Corps attached two brigades of 3 twelve pounder batteries and one of heavy howitzers
Do we own any fodder farms and horse ranches?

You have so much money, you will never dip below 20 wealth unless you are on campaign for the remainder of the quest.
Or if you donate all the money to the government so it may do some good causes.
As a Private citizen, and not as a government official, all the money you make is taxable, but even your high tax bracket, you are still making millions per year.

Hey, you have a reroll at least. Last turn they turned into awesome successes. This turn, they didn't work.
The Grand Armee will have enough guns to supply all of Europe twice when we're done with this.
Sometimes, even Rerolls fail. That's just how it goes. Last turn, they did well for us mostly.

Well Belgium and Netherlands would be nice since they would strengthen our geographical defences, and Anver his " un pistolet chargé contre le cœur de l'Angleterre " a loaded gun pointed at the heart of England.
If not a option I heard that Franckfurt is nice this time of the year.

Investing in our client states would have them be more closer to France and hey might even make a profit. Basically control all of Italy now with the Pope our bitch now. Just need to get back the Netherlands and Belgium. Sicily is basically a port city for us.

It depends on how you sell the integration with Belgium but it is doable (at least for the south region) for the Netherlands I recommend a status as a client state ( something light and not oppressif) and a free trade agreement ( i believe we can get them with enough money, and i here a certain woman is getting crazy rich)
