It Belongs to a Museum

I put "Hoist the Colors High" on in the background as I was reading this.

Maybe because of that, I am thinking that if we go for it, we go all the way.

[ ] Retired Pirate

They say dead men tell no tales, but some of the strangest stories of the sea I've ever heard have been tales of dead men.

I really really like the Warlock option. Druchii weren't touched upon much in Divided Loyalties, but the occasionally side commentary Boney gave on them occasionally makes me want to see one in action.

God, these are all so cool. Every time I read a new one, I was like "okay, this is the best, I want to be that." And then there was ANOTHER option after that! And ANOTHER!

Whichever option wins this vote, we're all winning, these slap.

If retired pirate is picked and then subvote pick is zombie. Would their be another subvote on what the former species that zombie would be or would it just be human zombie.

I'm torn between Drucchi Warlock and Skaven Revenant.

The former because it's a side of the universe we haven't really seen and its a dude whose effectively spent his whole life glazing a madman, so there's a lot of transferable skills there.

The latter because it sounds primed for shenanigans ranging from those interactive scientific museums all the way to Mystery Shack 'these are totally real animals' tourist trap attractions.

Subvote options: Necrarch, Von Carstein, Strygoi, Lahmian, Mahtmasi, Arkhanaaz, Barrow Lord.
Playing a Strygoi curator sounds interesting. Most of them live nearly like beasts, seeing one who tries to be more than that would be cool. Although seeing a Mahtmasi, a bloodline never explored in canon, should be nice too.

Subvote options: Human, Zombie, Wight, Ghoul, Vampire, Spirit.
The basic choice. If we have to choose that, spirit sounds fun.

[ ] Skaven Revenant
Subvote options: Grey Seer, Warlock Engineer, Eshin Sorcerer, Master Moulder, Plague Priest, Warlord.
I'd love playing as an Eshin sorcerer, that's my favorite clan.

I like the elf and skaven version. They became outcasts in a society where such a status is synonymous with death, but they managed to fish it out and are now thriving.
