Hm. Seems like I misread it. Though the Lifesurge did cause changes in the bugs.
no you were right I reread through and found what u were talking added it into my plan
Tekket would find their bodies mutating and twisting even as their exhausted forms became revitalized, reactors would go critical as they found themselves enriched not by uranium but incredibly, overwhelmingly VAST amounts of life energy, and even the landscape itself would twist and shift as the pulse traveled, the mystic missile bleeding off energy into Luna before it finally hit something it couldn't punch through: a mountain, Mt. Wander.

It was the Lifesurge, yeah.
Quartzbugs would find themselves growing to massive sizes, living metal would sprout from Bloks to engulf entire machines, Tekket would find their bodies mutating and twisting even as their exhausted forms became revitalized, reactors would go critical as they found themselves enriched not by uranium but incredibly, overwhelmingly VAST amounts of life energy, and even the landscape itself would twist and shift as the pulse traveled, the mystic missile bleeding off energy into Luna before it finally hit something it couldn't punch through: a mountain, Mt. Wander.
It was a bit of a footnote all told, but still a major health issue. And one that might repeat itself if we expand our use of life force.

You know. We kinda deserve a walking mountain attacking us when we call it mount wander. That's just asking for it to animate and attack up. I hope this influences our naming conventions to somthing better. Like mt. Please Stay Still.

What size dice do we use? Because an 18-10 on a d20 is very different than an 18-10 on a d100
I think we've been using nothing but d20s for rolls?

That will simply tempt fate, unfortunately.

Given the nightmares and other mental effects plaguing our moon colony we should get the Temple of the Lanternkeeper done next turn or the turn after. We need more protection against warpy stuff for our civilization not just ships.

Man, our rolls have been Murph-esque for this quest.
We rolled 7 dice for this disaster; only one of them was above the average (and that was only 11/20). It was absolute bull.
  • Initial disaster was 18/100
  • Scale of disaster was 45/100
  • ??? was 10/20
  • Our initial response was 9/20
  • The Endeavour's response was 3/20
  • Quartzbug attack was 7/20
  • Huntsmasters' response was 11/20 (the only roll above the average)
