Barring mental influence to the contrary or word of GM. I'm not sure why people keep trying really.

Intolerable Burning Truths has one of the potentially most altruistic effects in any Yozi charmset...so long as you never take the perma-hate portions.@Thief of Words - so, question. Are players getting a mulligan on their favored Yozi?
Because if so I could wax eloquent on why Kimberyis the one true choicehas a lot of fun and nifty tricks that would see a lot of use. And maybe also frame Intolerable Burning Truths in a more positive light, since people seem to be giving it a bad rap.
You can be a Magical Girl that refuses to believe the awful things the villain says about your friend. Noooooooo! Fate-chan would never do that! This must be some kind of horrible misunderstanding!Intolerable Burning Truths has one of the potentially most altruistic effects in any Yozi charmset...so long as you never take the perma-hate portions.

Man I love the Kimbery charmset.
Detail details~With the potentially horrifying side-effect of being at risk of becoming Bonesaw 2.0.
Could we use Freedom Lets Go on a Kimbery reinforced intimacy to instantly forget it because that seems like a decent workaround. Also could we recruit Bonesaw or other villains by messing with their intimacies I remember there being a charm for reversing or moving intimacies either in the Ebon Dragon or Adorjan charm trees. either way Bonesaw is going to end up fascinated with us for our appearance and (potential) abilities.
It does. It was a regular mainstay of a Devil-Tiger character I came up with a while back.Of course that leads to the question of what in character rationale would make us want to do that? If we love them they would need hurt us for us to consider using FLG. We wouldn't want to use FLG if we took the non-forgiveness one of the Intolerable Burning truths.
Now that I think about it, as long as we don't take that one, that may actually work to a degree.
Eh. Could work. You just have to keep in mind our vector for interacting with them is going to be Taylor. And Worm is already a little Character bloaty. Edit: Could be good to have someone who gets the Exaltation thing around... I hope they would be friendly anyway? /EditIt does. ...you might even get to meet her in the Quest. Uncertain. Hesitant about adding my own OCs to fanquest.
*Blink* Oh. ...Maybe we should call them agents. I was sitting here typing something silly out because I thought you were talking about the Exaltation Shard. Not the Parahuman Shard.Hey @Thief of Words I know our Shard has been altered but is it stil alive or has it been subsumed into our Demon. If it is alive can it communicate with us because I'm imagining Head-Butler trying to help us while Shard-Sis is trying to Halp! us and I can't stop laughing.

... My train of thought went weird places.Head-Butler in no way is what became of the Queen. She's...around. Can't say more because spoilers.
Kind of like a Parent/Older Sibling/etc.? I could see it, especially with how much she felt for her own mother and how she left them.Actually...it'd depend on how Adorjani we got. It's also feasible that Taylor could decide (within the framework of her new mindset) that the best way for them to learn or grow or whatnot is for her to no longer be a part of their lives and thus to use FLG for their own good.

The Adorjan stuff allows for all sorts of fabulous shenanigans. Specifically, Tragic Love Amusement lets you immediately gain an intimacy of love towards another which opens up so many possibilities thanks to the Beloved/Reviled mechanic.Could we use Freedom Lets Go on a Kimbery reinforced intimacy to instantly forget it because that seems like a decent workaround. And Compassion Channels. And letting go of lingering resentments. And moving on from past relationships. And undoing mind-whammy that deals with your intimacies. The really useful part of FLG is what it gates really.
Barring cosmic transcendence.
