Was that the scene before Babylonia? Because I honestly thought he was just screwing with her head to deprive Ritsuka of protection. Or was it a different one? Because yet again, I skipped a fair bit while farming Saint Quartz for event summons and the like.
He does try talking to her during Solomon to get her to defect/see his point of view or something of that nature. Mash rejects the offer/ideals and then he atomizes her.

Oh by the way, does Manaka remember exactly WHY Gaia and Alaya split? Or rather, what happened at that time? If you answered "Sefar the White Titan", you'd be right! If Manaka goes back to that time, Sefar will automatically attack her due to her Velber programming - and nothing Manaka has is strong enough to beat Sefar. Not even her pet Beast, since Sefar isn't remotely human or of Earth and is thus invulnerable to Nega-Messiah and Authority of the Beast. Only Excalibur's true glory - or the Twelve Machine Gods combined - can defeat Sefar, and neither the Gods nor any wielder of Excalibur would ever help Manaka, willingly or otherwise.

...to be honest, I forgot that was what caused the initial split, and with what else I have... it doesn't change my endgame, but it does add a new, fun piece to the board. Well, it was one I was already going to use in a different context, but it's still gonna be fun.

Also as a note: I have a full Singularity imagined to handle the final results of Manaka and Morgan's plotting. It will either happen alongside Time Temple or after it.

This is very far into the future, however. -Stares In Septem-

In non-spoiler terms: it is unrelated to the EXTRA event. I do have plans for Sefar, but to put things plainly: I like playing with all the Nasuverse aspects as well as Servant shenanigans. As the stakes get higher, expect me to cast my net wider.

Quite fitting, given the fact it looks like the Lostbelts are doing the very same thing in-game (Sion, True Ancestors, Beasts, Type-Mercury, Black Barrel...)

Hakunon Stat Sheet
So I thought about it and decided I needed to get Hakuno's stats down so I could avoid the 'because I said so' trap while writing and give me an actual framework to work with.

Name: Countess Ada of Lovelace (Hakuno Kishinami)
Class: Ruler
Alias: Mother of Computing (Ruler of the Moon Cell)
Alignment: Neutral Good
Basis: Historical Fact (Moon Cell NPC)
Origin: Star

The Master that was never meant to win their Grail War, Hakuno Kishinami was an NPC in the alien supercomputer known as the Moon Cell. Based on a human who languished in suspended animation due to a fatal disease, she developed a consciousness and drive all of her own. Depending on the history, she fought alongside Nero Claudius Caesar Augustus Germanicus, Tamamo-no-Mae, or a Nameless Archer bearing a suspicious resemblance to the EMIYA who walks Chaldea's halls. Overcoming multiple trials, she even defeated a fellow NPC based on the man who could have saved the person she was based on - him alongside a 'Saver' Servant of great power.

Though her fate was in doubt for a time, she returned with the Regalia that marked her as a victor and the shape of her wish. More trials awaited - the encroachment of Velber, and the attempted assimilation of Ruler Karl der Große. But even then, her story did not end.

Forgotten, but not lost, her memories of a time on the lunar seas with another dear person were sealed away - and that person, observing the incineration of human history followed by a twisting of timelines even the Moon Cell could not account for, acted. And so BB approached the Queen of Avalon. A bargain was struck, and Morgan called forth a power from the Throne of Heroes that BB merged with Hakuno, giving her the status of a Servant.

Neither accounted for her own powers that manifested, though Morgan accepted it as a happy accident.

Too bad I already filled my Council out, huh... Ah, well!

For the moment, she is nearly alone - without her confidants Nameless and Charlie, without her lovers Nero and Tamamo, without her child Altera, and without her memories of BB (though she is yet loved from afar)...

How fortunate that she has found a fellow Master who can no more accept that state of things than her. And even in another life, the King of Heroes is not prone to forget those he holds dear.

Parameters:

STR: E
END: C
AGI: D
MAN: A++
LUK: A++
NP: EX

Skills:

Magic Resistance (A)

True Name Discernment (Database) (A): Utilizing the power of the Moon Cell, Hakuno is capable of mimicking the Ruler Class' 'True Name Discernment' Skill. Rather than running on instinct or simply being informed, she compares observed aspects against recorded data to obtain similar results.

God's Resolution (--): Despite the Moon Cell's alias of 'Eye of God', this skill is not available to Hakuno.

Territory Creation (C~A): Fundamentally functioning at 'C' rank, this skill can reach the heights of an 'A' rank application when used in a datascape or in conjunction with other powers.

Codecast (A): Every 'codecast' utilized in a Moon Cell Grail War is available for use, barring some that were sealed away - such as those exclusive to the dream of a single fading night. Essentially, it is magecraft optimized for a world of data rather than mana. Using said codecasts requires energy, however, so it ends up boiling down to a skeleton key for magecraft. Quite similar to a certain almost-saint's power if greater in scope.

Item Construction (D~A): The skill gained from Countess Ada of Lovelace, primarily tied to coding. Because she is known as one of the first programmers, her skill at making such things is high. As she has no formal magecraft training, anything else is low. However, it can be used to influence the 'codecast' skill, resulting in new combinations and unique effects. This is part of the reason for the 'A' Rank in said skill.

Noble Phantasms:

Analytical Engine (Mother of Computing) (C~A): A Noble Phantasm that is expressed internally rather than externally. Based on the realization that the association of numbers can be linked to qualities other than quantity, it activates a method of perceiving the world. At its lower end, it is a passive Noble Phantasm that enables the use of Codecasts in a non-data space. At the higher, it increases Hakuno's processing power to a state near pericognition in terms of action, analysis, inference, and reaction. This use places genuine strain on Hakuno and can end up resulting in debilitating headaches. Anti-Unit Noble Phantasm.

Lacus Somniorum (Our Sanctuary on the Lunar Maria) (C): An enhancement-type Noble Phantasm named after the Lunar Lacus 'Lake of Dreams'. It requires a pre-existing Territory in place to activate, though said Territory does not need to be Hakuno's. It enhances the defensive parameters of any such Territory by two Ranks, and permits Hakuno to move at the speed of data transmission - that is to say, through something like fiber rather than a land line. Or more appropriately, photon crystals. However, the rapid movement is only possible within the Territory's bounds. Numerous other safeguards are put in place, such as the ability to manifest Photon Crystal-inspired constructs for offense and defense at will. While set at a Rank of 'C', it can operate at higher levels depending on the host Territory. Anti-Encampment Noble Phantasm.

Oceanus Procellarum (Our Dominion on the Lunar Maria) (A++): A Reality Marble replicating the Moon Cell's equivalent of the 'Sea of Storms', the largest Lunar Mare. The world is transformed into a datascape much like the Near Side of the Moon Cell, and Hakuno is granted the power of administration in a 'limited' fashion. The aspects of 'space' and 'shape' can be meddled with at will regarding the landscape itself, and Hakuno can select and block the use of particular skills and Noble Phantasms. The second effect can be fought against with sufficient magical power. In order to unlock the full strength of the Noble Phantasm, however, it must be used in conjunction with the Regalia. Anti-Army Noble Phantasm.

Lunar Regalia: Gift of the Photonic Abyss (My Conquest on the Sea of Stars) (EX): The reward for winning a Moon Cell Grail War, the Regalia Ring. In Hakuno's hands thanks to the interpretation of the Countess of Lovelace, it grants the ability of pure data manipulation. When activated, it generates a Form Change that increases all Parameters by one Rank. As the Mother of Programming, accessing a database for information and running executions in code is a matter of course. Therefore, it is of no surprise that a direct link to the Moon Cell, regardless of timeline, is forged. This gives access to the insane level of processing power and all information held by the Moon Cell itself, creating a pseudo-omniscience based on the ability to access, understand, and infer information using the Photon Crystals that make up the Moon Cell. When used in conjunction with 'Oceanus Procellarum', it gives a full Authority over the datascape, removing the ability to fight against the deprivation of skills and Phantasms, as well as fully sculpting the datascape as a blend of Reality Marble and Marble Phantasm. However, this is also the costliest of Hakuno's Noble Phantasms. Its normal use is already extensively draining, but the combined use cannot be extant for more than three minutes. At that mark, safety measures are enacted and the Noble Phantasms forcefully deactivated, and Hakuno is left drained of mana. If she were to force past it, she would die without a doubt. An Anti-Unit/Anti-Concept Noble Phantasm.

Hakuno is surprisingly powerful all things considered, especially for a caster who specialises in buffing Territories. Not really a damage-dealer even then, but absolutely terrifying as defensive support.

If this means she can make use of the Ten Thousand Colored Stagnation, then Kiara's importance just decreased somewhat.

Why are her CCC memories sealed in the first place?

So I had to look it up to double check, but the CCC 'True Ending' has BB send the Hakuno that experienced it into a puppet body on Earth. There's still a 'Hakuno' that can win the Moon Cell Grail War, but the CCC Hakuno has no idea how the Near Side War ended.

So it's less that the memories are sealed than they aren't there to begin with. They can be accessed via the Moon Cell, however, as it was still observed and recorded. Though given the nature of it all involving the Far Side, Hakuno would have to return there and would need help finding a way to access them, as well as an impetus to do so.

Hakunon needs the Skill:
Pat Her Head Rank A
whoever sees her doing her head-tilt gets the urge to pat that brown Hair

Well, Charlie is already in Chaldea, whether he remembers or not... I don't believe it was mentioned but I'm asuming he does. And even then, nothing Matthew can't eventually fix. Same as the current lack of Hakunon's Harem and Daughter, but that likely falls under Event Excuse, which is always valid. Nameless though... yeah I'm drawing a blank there, but it's better that way considering his backstory in Extella.

Also, what were the clues for whatever was in the Lake in Avalon again and is now in Septem?

So part of it is a little subtle but the other part is anything but.

Subtle: Required BB to create, therefore a Pseudoservant/High Servant. Morgan considers it one of her greatest upsets.

Unsubtle: It's a lake in Avalon.

If anyone figures it out, please keep it to themselves. You can PM me for confirmation, but I'm only throwing this much out because we're close and people asked.

...Least I know who the servant it is, though I was hoping against hope it was someone not as obvious. No clue on who the vessel might be though; my knowledge of the extended fate-verse is fairly weak.

(Watch me get it completely wrong)

The only lake spirit in Avalon I know of is Vivian or in other words the lady of the lake who gave excalibur to king Arthur is that who she is but I don't know who's hosting her

Wait...
The only lake spirit in Avalon I know of is Vivian or in other words the lady of the lake who gave excalibur to king Arthur is that who she is but I don't know who's hosting her
...
I cannot believe that the one Servant I was hoping for in the Camelot Lostbelt completely slipped my mind. Excuse as I drown in my shame.

Also I'm betting this is Kiara cause of all the "Seraphix escapee" mentioned throughout the current Singularity. Thay does raise and interesting image of a Saver candidate Kiara turning into an Alter-Ego/High Servant because of the merging.
