Seriously, we're missing out on two skill growth upgrades the longer we put this off. You think people would understand having higher stats would be better, especially when we might need to slack off on these lessons later anyway.
[X] The Way of the Sword : with Lon'qu finally used to your presence, you feel like you might begin to make real progress in your training with him. The only difficulty, at this point, would be to find enough time for it.
Sword.
[X] To the limits : so far, your training with Frederick has paid off. You can feel yourself growing stronger, bit by bit. At this point, that feeling of progression is enough to keep you going, despite the fatigue. Lisa warned you not to overdo it, though.
Cutting the sky in half by age 12.
[X] Strategy 101 : lessons with Uncle Robin has been an eye-opener. Your father might be one of the best swordsman in the world, but that would not have been enough to win wars if it was all. Learning about the art of warfare definitely sounds like a worthwhile endeavour...
Description says it all.
[X] Tomes of magic : magic certainly seems to play a larger role in your life as of late. You already know a bit about healing, but what about the other forms? Maybe you should look into it.
*Wishes we could get Dark Magic*
[X] Let Cu get used to your presence : your new wyvern barely knows you at this point. If you are to create a bond with her similar to the one existing between Cherche and Minerva, a lot of time will be needed to be around her. Perhaps you should ask for fireproof clothes...
Well duh.
Not too sure on the rest of these though... Might drop Magic as well for something else, I kind of want to double down on swords, but no one else ever wants to... Ya know, despite our dad being marked for death and all.
And the Library is a bit tempting. Still want to see if we can stumble across grandpa's journal and have a nice "Oh, shit!" moment.
[] Meditate on the presence at the shrine : you might have imagined it. But you're almost certain there was... something, at the shrine. Spending more time here might help find the truth on this matter... And assisting Libra is always a pleasure anyway.
[] Spend time in the library : your first foray in Ylisstol's library had been a fascinating experience, and you suspect there is still a lot more you can learn from its tomes. Who knows how much knowledge you can still dig up from it?
[] Any specific topic in mind? (no extra action)
[] Spend time in the stables : between your mother and Cherche's lessons, you have become more eager to learn about the best ways to care about animals these last weeks. And what better way to learn than to spend time with them? Well, it would be pretty strenuous, probably.
[] Train with the pegasus knights novices : the pegasus knights are without a doubt the finest flying unit in the world. And you finally reached a level where both your mother and Cordelia think you might hang out sometimes with their greenest recruits. You'd still be at least four years younger than any trainee, but it might be a precious experience.
@Macros Don't we need Cu used to us before we get any good XP out of this? Or would any lesson on Pegasi translate over to Cu?
[] Study the mysterious card : this clearly isn't an ordinary item, you're sure of it. Still, you have no idea what it might actually do... More research might be needed in this case.
[] Investigate Noire's condition : that's twice now that you found your friend coming back to the shrine in a frightening state. And Libra claimed black magic was the cause. You need to get to the bottom of this, somehow.
[] Double down on your lessons : studying is one thing, but things worth doing are worth doing well.
[] Sword training (Ylissean royal style)
[] History and customs of Ylisse
[] Etiquette lessons
[] Spend time with the other children : you try to keep in touch with everyone still in Ylisstol, but your busy schedule often leaves you with less time than you'd like. Still, your friends are worth the effort, you think.
[] Write-in : thinking hard about it, maybe there's something else you could do?

[X] Sword training (Ylissean royal style)
We need new teachers we should have done this long ago. We're primarily sword and we shouldn't forget that, ergo we need to maximize sword while daddy is still around and Lon'qu will allow us to improve beyond that.
It's obvious why we need to keep training with Frederick.
I'd have preferred a secondary weapon like magic but people wanted a dragon so now time has to be spent on that.
Strategy because we may have accelerated Grima's ascension by annoying Robin we might as well get our moneys worth.
Study the card because we got attacked by bandits for it, maybe it will teach us swordsmanship or perhaps we'll get a pocket murderhobo.

It's a mixed bag. You'll boost your aerial combat skill, which will help with a wyvern too. However, it will also raises pegasus riding, which won't. Spears might or might not be useful, and that training will sometimes give dexterity increase, which is always good.

And people are probably going to drop teachers again. We're going to be as bad as Chrom before the end, a crass barbian that doesn't know history beyond that of the recent few generations of her own nation. And that's only cause she looked that one up on her own.
Edit: Fuck autocorrect and touch screen keyboards.

[X] Ask for new teachers
As another year of dreadfully monotone lessons is about to begin, you decide that something has to change. You come to your parents, praising the good work your current tutors have done with you, before suggesting that maybe it is time for a change of pace. It is your belief, you explain, that you should be exposed to new styles of education - and that has nothing to do with the fact that you might find your current teachers incredibly boring. Because you're not thinking that, of course, ah ah ah, what are you even talking about. Father and Mother roll their eyes, but say they'll consider it.
After a week, as you ready yourself for another history session with sir Ogham, you have the surprise to see lady Maribelle entering the room in his stead. She sends an inquisitive look your way, as if trying to gauge you, before wasting no time announcing she will carry over his previous duties, as well as those of Lady Armelle. When you express surprise at the fact she might substitute herself to two people at once, she points out that ensuring that the next Exalt would receive a proper education is a task deserving of some time, and that her current duties in the Ylissean magistrature are manageable enough for her to take that extra charge. She's confident in her efficiency, at the very least.
It very quickly appears that her lessons will go at a very different pace than what you were used to. While your previous tutors were content with you meeting average expectations, Maribelle asks nothing less than your very best. "I understand that you feel those lessons less stimulating than your more physical activities", she says, "but a great ruler must know more than simply waving a sword around." Then what about your father, you ask? Her reply is carefully chosen.
"Your father did indeed prove his quality as a ruler, and I am proud to call him my Exalt. But, as you might remember, he was not expected to ascend to the throne, and had the position thrust upon him due to tragic circumstances. As such, his education might be... lacking in some areas. He manages fine, of course, but that is no reason for you to neglect the finer points of leadership. A lot is expected from you, and I have no doubt you will be up to the task ; and it is my belief children should do their best to surpass their parents."
Very quickly, you realize that not only Maribelle has far higher standards than your previous tutors, but she's intent on teaching you a lot more too. Your history lessons are coupled with the study of Ylissean laws and politics, while the etiquette classes serve as an introduction to the finer points of diplomacy. This is a challenging pace, but as Maribelle anticipated, you respond well to what you perceive as a challenge. You struggle to meet her expectations, but you put in more efforts than you ever did with your previous teachers. And while those lessons lack the sheer satisfaction of sword training, you find yourself enjoying Maribelle sharp wits and even sharper tongue. One thing is certain, you don't have time to be bored anymore.

Still, you don't neglect your training with a blade, far from it. After the close call during your excursion in Ylisstol with Gaius, you are more determined than ever to learn how to defend yourself, and throw yourself at the training mannequins with a renewed fervour. In fact, maybe with a bit too much of it, if your first broken training sword is anything to go by. Chrom only laughs at the incident, though, saying this reminds him of his younger years. Your father finally deems you ready for some light sparring together, and while he is clearly holding back, and seems somewhat inconvenienced by his limp - a souvenir from an assassination attempt, he says, the same one that claimed your aunt's life - you quickly realize why he's considered one of the finest blades of the Realms. It is clear that you still have a long way to go... but you'll get there, you know it.
At the same time, your training with Lon'qu has also become a lot more productive. The Feroxi champion is now more involved in your education, even if he still maintains a certain amount of distance between you two most of the time. You also get more chances to observe his form, comparing it with what you remember of Say'ri's. The Chon'sin princess looked more fluid in her moves, while the swordmaster from Ferox looks more direct in his style. But both share a total commitment to the way of the sword, displaying a focus you wish to emulate. The Chon'sin style is less physically demanding than your father's style, but ask for a constant concentration, every lapse in your mental discipline resulting in an immediate mistake.
Learning two styles at once is also a difficult endeavour, but switching from one to another comes more and more naturally. And you can't help but wonder if there would be a way to combine the best of those two schools. Achieving that, however, might be difficult ; neither your father nor Lon'qu have more than a passing understanding of the other's style, so you'd probably be on your own to integrate moves from one school to another, and you still lack experience in both to begin with. Still, this is something that might be worth looking into.

[X] Strategy 101
After your first introduction to the world of tactics, Robin is now drilling you in the basics. You're also not alone in these lessons, Laurent being too in attendance. The tactician claims it is more efficient to teach both at once - especially given his limited amount of free time - and none of you have any objection to that. You're soon learning everything there is to know about what is needed to keep an army running, what are the usual strategies given the usual scenarios a fighting force might face, how to take advantage of any given terrain... It is no use, Robin. They will all die like the rest. Why do you insist on giving them false hopes?
The presence of Laurent also means you now have another partner to play strategy games with. Which is good, because while you still haven't given up of defeating Robin... eventually, having an opponent closer to your level is, at this point, a breath of fresh air. You still lose more than you win, but at least you're facing someone who has to actually put in an effort to win. It is also a good way to connect with Miriel's son, who's probably the closest to you in terms of temperament. Though you really don't mind your other friends... quirks, there is something reassuring speaking to someone close to your age with the same serious attitude.

[X] Investigate Noire's condition
The sight of your friend barely left standing really made an impression on you. If there's any way you can help, then that is what you need to do. However, you're not quite sure where to start ; Libra clearly does not want to involve you, so you probably will have to find your answers elsewhere. But for that, you need to examine your options...
[] Ask Noire directly : she seems reluctant to talk, but surely you can persuade her, eventually. You're trying to help her, right? [] Look up the symptoms in the library : Libra admitted Noire's sickness was due to dark magic. Surely something in the palace library might help you find what was done exactly, and eventually find the culprit on your own. - [] Do it by yourself
- [] Ask for someone's help (who?)
[] Write-in
Random event : unexpected free time
Lady Maribelle was recalled to her family estates with a last minute notice, forcing her to cancel your lessons for the day. That leaves you with an opportunity to check up on one of your friends. You don't know what most of them have been up to lately...
Whoops, sorry, forgot to mention the possibilities were limited to the kids in Ylisstol. Inigo is currently in Rosanne with Olivia and Virion.
And yeah, I really should do a list. I avoided it until now, partly because there was a couple of things I was still undecided, partly because I was willing to adapt depending on the voters (omakes, for instance). But at this point, I don't think we can afford the luxury of ambiguity. I'll do a complete pairing guide soon!
