I think that most of us will agree that this:

Is probably one of the more important questions to ask. I was originally going to ask about Dove and his racist tendencies, but that's something we can wait on, though it's no less important than all of the other topics it's something we can bring up to Prof. Goodwitch (Or whichever professor is nearby) next time we see it happen.
So, looking at the remaining options, as much as I'd like to ask about Blake, we know a little about her past so we can already keep our eye on her if we need to (note: I'm approaching this option as though we, the questers, do not have outside context knowledge) and deal with it if, or when, we need to.
So of our remaining option I'll go with these two:

I'm honestly more interested in the Blake situation than the cerynia one, but Blake really could be brought up with, like, Goodwitch later on. Dove too. Cerynia feels like a something Ozpin could actually have a unique perspective on.
Also, was that bit about people having Witch-queen dreams in the dream sequence real or just part of Jaune's dream? I was pretty sure it was the former, but then Ozpin seemed interested in how Jaune knew about the witch-queen at all, not how he figured out she was real.

So happy this updated. I actually started up Transistor for the first time in years Saturday after beating it once when I bought it because I was missing this fic after earlier in the week reading the second half of last update for the 3rd or 4th time. (Side note, apparently the platinum isn't too hard to get, so I might actually plat it next weekend when I got time.)

This two are for sure ones. I'm less sure about the third question, but these two are way too important, and more importantly something the the Ozluminati can/are the best people to (help) deal with them. Even if nothing is done right now, just letting them be aware so they can be on the lookout and start making plans is big.

Last one for me is between Blake and Cerynia, but like others have said we can talk about Blake and Dove stuff with other people. Cerynia on the other hand is something more in Ozpin's wheelhouse, especially because it has at least in part something to do with psychology/philosophy, and he will have waaaaay more perspective on those kinds of things than anyone else. Talk to the expert about things their an expert on and all that.

On votes, these seem like the most "Ozpin" relevant. Not that Blake's terrorism isn't important, but I think we should give Ozpin the benefit of the doubt on knowing about that and putting precautions in place—Blake's "disguise" is actually the worst, after all.
Whereas Ozpin might not know about Ada (yet) and we could really use his input on the underground Grimm (seriously wtf?).

Exactly what I'm thinking. For the underground Grimm especially, it's very possible there was no way to discover them before because if I'm remembering right they are pretty far down, and forewarned is fore-armed, knowledge is power, etc.

I think the first two words are supposed to be "Crippled Garmuth." Thorn (þ) is used for the "th" sound usually and I think the first rune's wrong? "ᚲᚱᛁᛈᛈᛚᛖᛞ ᚷᚨᚱᛗᚢᚦ" would fit better I think, and if you really want to match English pronunciation with Futhark I'm like 70% sure that "ᚲᚱᛖᛈᛚᛞ ᚷᚨᚱᛗᚢᚦ: ᚷᚱᛇᚾᛏ ᛗᛁ ᚨᛁᛊ..." would work.
