On a lighter note- Jaune is going to be a monster at glyphcraft. Keep in mind it's all based off symbols and math, and Jaune is the guy whose super computer invented a whole new pictographic language complex enough to describe a person's semblance/soul.
Sure, but I don't want to make and vote for an actual plan until discussion on priorities has passed. I'd rather set up a skeleton of a plan I would like to see win, with the idea that others might customize parts of it that I'm more flexible on.

Oh by the way @Prok, I gotta say that I absolutely love your portrayal of Beacon. The electives and non-hunter courses especially, the knowledge of what students are in other classes, and the existence of adult humans beyond a select group of protagonist-relevant teachers. It all makes Beacon feel a lot more alive. Definitely the best portrayal of the school I've seen in RWBY material.

personally I'm thinking Creme as our 4th, tho I agree on the rest of that. Blake isn't our teammate so she can wait a bit, and also we might be able to rely on metaknowledge a bit there. Ludens today to hopefully have some ideas/answers/questions when we get to Ozpin as we need to, and Leefall because it needs to be done sooner rather than later.
So, I'm not thinking Ludens is gonna be much help with the Ozpin social, and, let me just...

The longer we wait, the more time both parties have to form incorrect conclusions, and beyond that, it's just good manners to apologise for stabbing someone in the soul accidentally.
Also, Ozpin is a teacher, and is in fact directly responsible for higher education for Huntsmen the world over. If you ask him a question, he just might give you an answer. We're on the same side, you know. Even if he doesn't give us all the information we need, anything we do get from him is pretty much guaranteed to be the most accurate information available, given he's one of two people who know how magic works, and Salem isn't giving lessons.
Beyond that, I think tomorrow's problem can be the Process, because we really do need every bit of detail on them we can get. Let me tell you, I was not expecting them not to be wired into Semblance (Connect).
Next week, we definitely need to do Lee. I don't think he's going to show up before then but he's a high severity threat whose likelihood increases as time goes on, which makes planning for him relatively soon pay off more. Beyond that, I want to do the Blake investigation because detailing that whole kerfuffle with RWBY or at least moving it to a different place in the timeline would be a nice change of pace. Guys, I don't think Lee is going to make his move within the next week. For one, Ada is going to be at Beacon 100% of the time, and if there's one place Lee would not dare fuck with, it's Beacon, where some of the most formidable Hunters live and work (and finding Ada specifically would be a total crapshoot). So long as Ada doesn't leave Beacon for that timespan, we should be fine. We should be sorting out the Transistor and Process, since those will be the primary means we'll obliterate Lee permanently. And above all, we need to see Ozpin ASAP to get started on the ultimate project, which is saving the goddamn world from annihilation.
Especially if it causes Ozpin and his circle to realize that they don't need to compromise internal security/unity/social justice to develop a way to overcome the Grimm (or even consider doing so), since the Process can fill that role itself in time. Plus, y'know, the Process being able to easily mine Dust crystals (or rare-earth metals) from deep underground means that the SDC has less leverage for continuing its abhorrent practices. Indeed, Ozpin and General Ironwood (I think that's his name?) might decide to help Jaune accelerate his timetable for getting those operations up to scale (and above-board).
...hell, we should really get Ozpin a Cell. It'd definitely help his morale/stress levels, having a constant, living reminder of the very real, strong hope for the future. And Ironwood, too, though that would have to wait until he comes to Beacon/Vale.

Definitely feels like actually voting should wait til Prok has a voting standard, but might as well start discussing. Ozpin feels like a today choice, if only cause its the only time sensitive one. Leefall, the Process, and Ludens also seem very major and important. I feel like Leefall should come after the process since a better process could potentially help with preparations. Honestly, no idea where the Ludens situation should fit into this.
