Hereafter [Worm x Fate/Grand Order]

In other news, the Sessho-seki in Nasu, Japan, the "Killing Stone" said to imprison the spirit of Tamamo-no-mae, has been found broken in half with the rope formerly binding the stone torn down.

*mikooooooon*

Welp, to all eligible bachelors in Japan, run for your laifu or be forcibly married to your nation's worst waifu.

Oh boy one of Histories most famous Female Icons hanging out with Taylor.....for some reason I'm scared
Don't be scare. It'll all be okay! Just keep remember that they're SUPPOSE to fix the singularity, so burning it all down is a viable option so long as they take the last boss down in the process. The timeline will fix itself afterwards.

Somehow...

Wouldn't she just be returned to once more being part of Amaterasu? Or rather, whatever is left in the stone would return to Her since Tamamo is already in the throne.

And because she is already in the throne (aka she dead), all eligible bachelors will still be safe.

That would actually be a valid solution to the singularity considering some of what's raised you could even argue a better one if certain things I've heard I think its Gil supposedly says later.

As for Tamamo to start its too late the news about that is old enough she'd have tracked someone down by now also being in the throne just means she dies at some point since it exists outside of time.

Good luck, mate, she's poison. Not just figuratively, but she is literally toxic to her husband.

At the time of Nero, the Roman Empire was roughly 100 years old, having been started by Augustus Caesar. Gaius Julius Caesar declared himself Dictator for Life of the Roman Republic and was pretty famously stabbed to death on the floor of the Senate for it. Then his nephew (still going by Octavius at the time) fought a whole war against Marc Antony and Cleopatra over the right to rule Rome, changed his name to Augustus after he won, and changed Rome from a Republic to an Empire.

Romulus, being the mythical founder of Rome, was not an Emperor, but a King. There is a distinction that is important because there was almost 450 years of Republic between the Roman Monarchy and the Roman Empire.

Interesting, since Romulus has Imperial Privilege EX. I guess being the founder of Rome means getting credit for everything Rome became?

Cool, I guess the Moon is George Washington's. If there's one thing I'm excited for with an author willing to change things it's the possibility of ripping Edison apart at the seams and getting some actual president heroic spirits.

No, because the US never claimed the moon. They just got there first.
Additionally, Romulus is famous for Rome. George Washington isn't famous for the moon.

Nah, probably gets the crossing of the Delaware, honestly.
Well, yeah. More realistically he'd be a Rider with a boat and horse NP. The horse being some kind of Bayard knockoff that only exists in the game's flavor text that can repeatedly sacrifice itself to save him, and then the actual NP animation would be summoning his army in the boats that crossed the Delaware and running over his opponents with them. Just the previous conversation about Romulus being the founder of Rome getting credit for 'everything Rome became' makes it funny to think about George Washington getting the Apollo mission, Nuclear Weapons, and the Statue of Liberty or something.

Honestly given Nasu's tendencies I would not be surprised if Washington got some sort of anti-king ability. something something: The End of Monarchy. He refused being a king, rebelled against one big time, and also the French Revolution was kinda inspired by the American one and Fate's big on doing weird French Revolution stuff for whatever reason.

As far as the actual story goes, I'm eager to see how the whole Rome thing gets depicted in practice. Septem was super lazy/weird with it, but there's some definite meat to some of the ideas.

I am just waiting for Taylor to summon someone from Earth Bet who died. Which then would cause a lot of problems if it were a Villain or someone who Taylor had controlled

Then add on "they were also a woman" ans BOOM. Nasu Package

Mount Rushmore. As a Golem.
*does Gilgamesh pose* "Golden Gate Bridge!" Every single American monument falls out of the sky like Ozymandias' pyramid and crushes his enemies.

What does the Golden Gate Bridge have to do with that you ask? Absolutely nothing it's Fate, I don't have to explain shit.

Benedict Arnold was a saberface, Alexander Hamilton was a Vampire hunter, and Benjamin Franklin was a woman with giant boobs.

Honestly as the First President and one of the Founding Fathers George Washington probably could have the original draft of the US Constitution as a Noble Phantasm. It's a total toss up on what it would do, but giving the conceptual authority to utilize (but not create or modify because the Constitution codified a separation of powers, and as the Executive branch he has the power to enact, but not determine or arbitrate, the will of the nation) all of the USA's history and power wouldn't be too out of place.
Now of course America as a mystical power is very young and thus on the weaker side of things, but it has a huge breadth compared to it's shallow depth so it's probably pretty stable and consistent in its power wherever it's used.
Weird tangent thought- How would HS Abe Lincoln and Sparticus get along? On one hand Abe freed America's slaves, fought a war to do it too (well fought a war to preserve the Union that splintered because he wanted to free the slaves, and took the opportunity to unilaterally declare the slaves free when most major opposition abandoned their legitimacy and standing to oppose him.), but on the other hand he fought against the rebels. Poor Sparticus must get so confused about who to support during a Slavers' Rebellion.
Alexander Hamilton was a Vampire hunter,

I mean, if we're talking who gets the Statue of Liberty, the de facto symbol of the US after the flag, well…

Caster David Copperfield. If magecraft is achieving the mundane through miracles, he achieves miracles with the mundane.

One thing I can see also see Washington get is something based on how he gave up power and in effect prevented the presidents of the future from turning into dictators. Something along the lines of permanently reducing him to an ordinary humans level of power while providing a massive, potentially transferable buff to someone else?

Unrelated, but could Shakespeare Enchant Emiya's bow? There's so much fanon surrounding Redman that I'm not sure if it's just another thing he Projects or if it's as real as Emiya himself.

I feel like there's potential for much more complicated interactions here than the Fate Grand Order game allows

All Men Are Created Equal, but that would fit better as James Madison's Noble Phantasm. Washington would probably end up more anti-Royalty than anti-magic powers.

Okay. George Washington is certainly well known and well-regarded enough to qualify as a Heroic Spirit.

Heroic Spirit George Washington
Father of America
Servant Class Rider, (Assassin?)

Washington is best known for his character, which was reflected in his frankly ridiculous popularity and his eventual decision to abdicate power.
As a General, Washington kept the Army together despite defeats and harsh winters.
He also developed and ran an intelligence network that successfully spied and fooled the British.

For Noble Phantasms, lets say poor man's version of Medusa's Blood Fort and Iskander's Brave companions.

Valley Forge is an area of effect that blinds and chills everyone not protected by Washington.

Culper Ring gives Washington an army of psuedo-Servant assassins.
