Green Flame Rising (Exalted vs Dresden Files)

Also, at least we know the Crown is subtle. Harry didn't even notice what we were doing, only based on what we said.

Though he wasn' using the Sight so maybe its more visible like that. Still, its something.

Harry had not finished his question by the time you return to your body and with the biggest grin you had all day you explain what you had been looking for and what you had seen, about the old wizard at the farm talking about the lines of power that and how the wizard can anchor his mind in their hum when they are familiar, then over that you say what you learned from the monks of how the power of faith flows in holy ground and light of God can lead one back for it is constant and unchanging. "It's all one thing see whether it is a wellspring or a river what matters is that it's clear and to be clear it has to be too big for you to see the whole of it or to see how it changes, the illusion of constancy." you finish triumphantly.
I wonder if we have more occult than harry now?

Probably more dots in raw occult, but hes probably got a lot more usable information than we do.

He can see the spirit casually though, while we can't.

Which is expected, but somewhat annoying. Also means "don't send unmanifested spirits around wizards."

Which we suspected strongly, but good to know.

You have way more of Ye Olde Demonic Lore, but it should be noted you did not even know what say a soulgaze was before he explained it because the perspective you get it from is really inhuman.
Thats good, but I was more pointing out how... we were able to take what we saw and correctly and easily explain it and how it was used to Harry.

Quickly too.
Do you mean the way his eyes keep flicking to the side? That one we couldn't see even if we had All-Encompassing Sorcerer's Sight tbh.
...Why what is it?

Edit: Its less unmanifested and more possessing him.
OH. It's Lash.

Hahahahahahaha WOW.

Her running commentary right now must be fucking wild.

Oh yeah that is partly the occult rating, but also the fact that out of all the conversions that ever took place on the face of the earth the Crown let you see the precise two that would integrate well with how Harry understands magic and soulgazes. Intelectus does not mess around.

I wonder if we just accidentally gave Harry a way to push back against Lashes illusions as well.

Albeit maybe only on holy ground.

Although a former angel might know better than anyone how to fake the grace of god.

Is Lasciel's shadow more of a possession that would be chucked by Sapphire Unbinding or more like a Derangement inflicted by the real Angel?

And of course, The City Still Stands + Unbound Eschaton.
I do love that combination.

"We have finally brought her down!"
Boss Music Plays; *Turns into a giant demon-statue surrounded by a blizzard
"Well that was harder, but we have beaten her again!"
Boss Music goes for a crescendo; *Turns into an even bigger demon sorrounded by darkness and a blizzard
*Panting and bleeding: "By our last strenght we finally slew the monster"
Boss music starts back up after a brief silence

Lunars might be able to channel the monstrous enormity of Godzilla.

But it is Infernals that are the ones that could imitate Freeza.

She was real enough to choose to immolate herself to allow Harry to survive, I would call her one of Lasciel's competent souls that in the series eventually went rogue.
IIRC in dresden metaphysics it was that she was actually a bit of Harrys mind/soul forced into a lasciel shape or some such. But the metaphysics around the fallen are a bit weird, so do what works.
