Right, fixed, you are now at 9 Essence.
Problem is that they're spread out and in the company of traitors.
Trying to recruit them would require lots of essence to do so one by one and would also very likely get us caught in the process.
@DragonParadox would those tunnels be places of desolation, and would leadership rolls for leading the fireteams (or, similarly, stealth rolls to sneak unseen as a party) benefit from TLF?
Yes on leadership. However you do not have any means to make others more stealthy so you cannot roll stealth to help them out. They are going to have to make due with their own stealth.

I am hesitating about recruiting the vampires. Are we going for "steal Vegas" idea? If so, it might be better to work as a third separate faction. It might even trigger ccc in some cases. Still, for now, let's try and salvage some assets. Besides, MiS is a serious boost to all vampires we rally. And a good bid for taking over from Dragon, if we go for that.

Yeah, channel all the power from a leyline in there. Maybe not heat then cold instead.
Unfortunately the only one who could do that is Harry and his magic has to put that head somewhere else like that time he froze lake Michigan. The good people of Vegas would notice if the pavement was suddenly 60 Degrees C.

That would take about four hours to rustle up, whether that is too long is up to you guys to judge.

On one hand, that would mean we can fully heal and regain Essence.
On the other hand, Sandra might not be there anymore, or start the next distraction in the meantime.
Then I guess it's not that great, though I'd certainly prefer to kill the Dragon and all Rampires, loyal or subverted at once.

Just radiate it into space as the world does normally.
I mean if you make the sidewalk 60C it will eventually radiate into space or some part of it will, but Harry does not have the skill to put all that heat in the upper atmosphere.
You Regen 1 Essence every 15 minutes in your world-soul, much like a Dragon's Nest or a bleach bath under CSR.

So does Molly have fireteams on standby for vamp tunnel warfare or would this take time to organize? I'm basicly asking if we need to specify waiting longer for essence regen before going back out.
Fireteams are on standby, she knew where she was going and she's known where the reds were since yesterday. That said there is nothing stopping you guys from hanging back in Sanctuary for as long as you like to recover essence. Just keep in mind that you would be out of contact with everything on earth.
