@DragonParadox there's a technical issue with the vote. I used a wrong bracket and part of the vote isn't registering. I have just corrected that. I hope you noticed.
[] Try to recruit Mutt, you'll figure out how to deal with his Hunger's twisted nature somehow (He has the Supernatural Flaw: Obligated Feeding Target/Supernatural Background Generations 3 making him the equivalent of 10th generation rather than the 13th he should have started as)
False Spring Beckon could supress it with repeated application
A Splendour could technically allow him to feed the demon some other way
Finally the most readily available one, exorcise the demon out of him, though of course you would loose out on recruiting a relatively powerful whampire.

[X] Check out one of the players involved?
-[X] The cult of Ishtar, they sound more like allies you would choose rather than just bear
I'm sorry @Artemis1992 I cannot deal with it the fairies anymore please no more oh God. This is my preferred option but I'll be adding all the other votes for approval as well.
The Splendor takes the form of something that is primitive, crude, bestial, or a beast. Items tend
to be natural objects like rocks and branches, or are crudely-worked, or are decorated with beast-
motifs. More often, the Splendor is literally a living animal. This Element defines the Splendor's
physical form and gives it a character, and that character is aligned with the feral, primitive, and
bestial. Other Elements may draw upon this fact. While animal-form Splendors are never hostile to their owner, they do not obey that individual as
a servant. Instead they will follow their normal instincts and habits, or else act according to some
particular pattern of behavior established when the Splendor is designed. If the Splendor is an Adornment, it may be designed so that its blessings benefit the animal rather than the Exalt.
Taking a second characteristic Form makes it possible for an Adornment to take the shape of
both a beast and an item used by its owner, and to give its benefits to both of them.
The Splendor inflicts a Derangement on its target.
As part of an Adornment, the Derangement inflicted is chosen when the Splendor is created. Its
target is the user and the Derangement lasts as long as the Adornment is worn.
Incorporated into a Fascination, the Derangement may either always inflict a pre-set
Derangement, or may inflict a contextually-chosen Derangement. If the Splendor doesn't contain
a condition under which the target may escape the Derangement, or the target fails to satisfy that
condition, then they escape from its influence after one day for a 1-2 dot Splendor, one week for
a 3-dot Splendor, one month for a 4-dot Splendor, and one year for a 5-dot Splendor.
According to rules, if destroyed, a splendor is "banished back to their owner's heart and cannot be re-summoned for the rest of the current story. "
So, a splendor that takes a form of a suicidal person-enough that Mutt can feed from. When fed from, it is destroyed, and he has to spend a point of essence later to resummon it. The question is - does this break conservation of energy? I.e. can he get more out of feeding from this splendor than he needs to summon it?

Do you mean prodigal? Because prodigals can be anything based on this world's magic well splendor we are stuck with a defined ruleset that wasn't made with DF in mind. So prodigals tend to be more flexible for fixing specific issues with a "if it can be fixed by mundane magic this will do it".

So, would this be a transformation splendor? Something that transforms his hunger to target a different source of energy. Could we set it to something wholesome? Or something that doesn't harm humans?
Also, an unrelated question - would Amber Tarot be a prodigy or a splendor? It is kinda-sorta related to Calling the Calibration Gate, so probably a splendor, on the other hand it's a custom thing for communication and teleportation, so maybe a prodigy?

Yes, but practically it would be personal Essence, kind words would be the medium. It does have to be some kind of actual energy at the end of the day.
An oddly green potion made with red peppers sunflower seeds and cliche enough half a carrot. Grants +1 perception for a scene.
a dark red near black concoction made from be prepared stag blood oak tree leaves with a small amount of iron sand. Grants +1 stamina for a scene.
a crystal clear potion made with cherry juice pistachios and water taken from a high flow River. Grants +1 dexterity for a scene.
a white potion made with milk okra broccoli peanuts and whey. Grants +1 strength for a scene.
a lightly luminescence blue potion made with Pure water a bit of Nevernever "material" and Supernatural blood. Grants +1 Awareness for a scene.
a dull green potion made with a freshly bought prepared food the longer that food needs to be prepared the better a spoonful of blood and chemically but not mystically pure water. Grants +1 Finance for a scene.
A Beige potion made with a single piece of Xerox paper a machine concentrated juice a handful of wood shavings a stick of charcoal mixed with tap water. Grants +1 Craft for a scene.
1. About the cost. If we make a permanent transformation splendor, it would, essentially, be a one use item. We transform him, then the splendor is not needed anymore. Could we then reuse it for something else as a material / power source to make a new splendor? Rules seem to support this - when upgrading a splendor you render it down into base potential and completely remake it (personally, I think it is silly in several aspects). So, make him a fire / electricity eater and then reuse the splendor for something else useful.
2. How would this work? That's custom job not exactly featured in the rules. Do we just set a level of a splendor and go for it? What dot level would it be anyway?
I think a transformation splendour would work by transforming energy into a form he could eat, not transforming him into a form that could eat a new form of energy.

In principle yeah, but it should be noted that the ingredients of potions are never that commonplace, that is why you need those resource dots to get them. So Craftsman's rough drink does not just need Xerox paper it needs Xerox paper that has been though a machine which has run for at least 10 years, rarer more expensive etc...

Yes, the transformation would be on the energy not on him, you cannot change his soul with a splendour... Well you can but in very limited and rather unpleasant ways like turning him into a Cannite, that would fix his current problems right up at the cost of making him an undead that burns in the sun.
I think I want to use him for experimenting on devampiring White Court vampires. Exorcise his demon, and replace it with something else to empower them in a similar way beyond vanilla mortal without needing to feed on others. Something that a vampire who isn't ethically tormented by their feeding might still willingly accept without us forcing it on them.

Yeah I'm not really that attached to ease of acquiring the ingredients I just wanted properly thematic ones especially for the ability potions like especially like the labor intensive food mixed with a bit of blood for the finance potion I was just trying to get the feel for it right.

Ah, got it. Hmm, a one point splendor that transforms the energy of fire into the energy of suicide (because fire is inherently self-destructive and self-consuming) is an interesting option.
