That is a very low number, but since we are planning on making multiple every week it might be worth mathing the odds of failings at least once a year.
Ah, if we make 5 potions a day for a year the odds of a at least one botch raises to .2 I can see why most wizards without key abilities, excilancy or DC reductions might not use this stuff regularly.
Edit: Ah my mistake I assumed 5 potions a day instead of 5 potions a week. So our odds of a botch is back to low enough that my online calculator rounds to 0.

Of course once the potion is mastered our odds improve. Maybe it's already mastered? Not actually clear.
However if we make too many potions it's going to bite into our willpower recovery.

Assuming that there is no problems with brewing potions in sub zero temperature yes. We might have a extra engineering problem of making the room cold well well still being able to control the temperature of what we are making. Good thing we are a machinery genius.
Damn, ok. I think Rosie can wait a bit. We gave her something to do this month with her abilities. We can heavily help her next month. But I think my point about how we are very, very deep in AP hell is aptly demonstrated here. We have essentially locked in all our actions for the month.

Last station actions aren't just about fixing up the place, but also take care of our gang down there. I assume that they will be mostly self sufficient by the time we finish fixing the place.

I think the looted base at the bottom of the lake is a good place to host. Isolated, a message about what happens to our enemies, easy to cool down to subzero temperature, water makes for easier retreat or fight, it's a place of desolation and we don't really care about if it gets wreaked.
We should of course prepare inhumanly great iced tea on china to set the proper mood. The right additives should stop it from freezing.

We're trying to do diplomacy, not to rack up new grudges.
You either shell out a couple thousand dollars to hire out a proper conference room in a three to five star Chicago hotel thats cooled and catered. Or you talk to Mac and hire out his place for a couple hours.
Either will do, with Mac's place having the added benefit of being Protected.

Mac might work. I was thinking our diamond making warehouse after a sufficient renovation, but an accorded neutral ground is probably better. Even jf we lose out on WHWH.

Mab is likely empowered by the cold as well so it likely doesn't exactly give us an advantage it's more about being hospitable.

The Fomor may be signatories of the Accords, but are enemies of both Winter and Summer.
And now, after Molly killed a Fomor lord and wiped out his project, you want her to use that same spot to host Mab, within staging distance of Fomor military forces. Giving the Fomor at best a shot at capping both Mab and Molly, and at worst putting her in trouble with Winter for knowingly putting their head of state in a position of peril.

Nah. Our warehouse is a warehouse, not a meeting place. And is situated in a bad area of Chicago, to boot. I dont want to have to be responsible for Mab's security from a bunch of human criminals, or having to save human criminals from Mab or her entourage, if she brings one.
What someone like Cat Sit would be entitled to do to a bunch of hapless crims interfering with his boss is not something we want to see. Like I said, head of state of a nationstate; the entourage of a mortal head of state would be entitled to open fire at lesser threats.
Its been less than four months since Dresden met both Winter Lady Maeve and Summer Lady Lily at Mac's place, just this June.
And Dresden met Odin at Mac's place in Cold Days iirc. Its the designated default neutral meeting place for supernaturals, where you dont have to worry about the security because its guaranteed by every big dog.
We can do the hotel thing, but we'd be responsible for security there.
Mac is probably a better choice, unless someone brings up a reason we shouldnt.
