Seems reasonable. There are no actions I am against.

[X] Obligations and meetings
-[X] Attend school you have friends at school and you would like the memories of senior year and graduation even if they won't be teaching you anything worthwhile (If neither School nor getting your GED is chosen Molly will systematically skip class)
-[X] Deal with the servants of Karuri, diplomatically or otherwise they must be removed from the city before their darkness can spread. If you know anything about the Yama Kings, and you know an enough to make a soul uneasy, this is unlikely to be resolved without bloodshed
-[X] Cauldron Bubble, your new friends in the Ordo Lebetis could use more help, maybe not as... enthusiastic as the last time, but they are small fish in a very big and scary pond
--[X] Offer insight, inducing but not limited to helping Maria out with her breaking the news to her fiancee, getting Olivia some training in her gift
-[X] Restoring the Last Station: Restoration efforts have been going well and according to Adam some more of the people down in the tunnels have shown interest in their newfound wealth and comfort (3/8)
-[X] A friend in need. You promised Rosie that you would help and so you will, with problems material and ethereal
--[X] Talking to the family, you do not like Mrs Wilsom and the feeling is mutual, but as your experience at church yesterday showed you do not have to like someone to turn on the supernatural charm. Maybe you could work something out, or at least explain some of what her daughter is going through
-[X] Get ready for your meeting with Queen of Winter Fae: prepare a suitable meeting place, and preemptively gather intel with your crown. Lydia's library and treasury probably have something that can be used as a focus; Harry might be able to suggest something too.
We already voted to lock in Qiao of the Meng training action.[] Yes
-[]... and ask to learn the Qiao of the Meng starting next month (Locks Action)
That is a very low number, but since we are planning on making multiple every week it might be worth mathing the odds of failings at least once a year. The odds of failing all 10 dice at dc5 are (4/10)^10 = 0.0001048576
(1-(4/10)^10)^52 = 0.99456.... to succeed for 52 weeks. Or ~0.00544 to fail once or more. That is a very low number, but since we are planning on making multiple every week it might be worth mathing the odds of failings at least once a year.
Ah, if we make 5 potions a day for a year the odds of a at least one botch raises to .2 I can see why most wizards without key abilities, excilancy or DC reductions might not use this stuff regularly.
Edit: Ah my mistake I assumed 5 potions a day instead of 5 potions a week. So our odds of a botch is back to low enough that my online calculator rounds to 0.
Of course once the potion is mastered our odds improve. Maybe it's already mastered? Not actually clear.(1-(4/10)^10)^52 = 0.99456.... to succeed for 52 weeks. Or ~0.00544 to fail once or more.
Won't we get another 2 dice when we have an alchemy spade set up in our own lab? From WHWH.That is a very low number, but since we are planning on making multiple every week it might be worth mathing the odds of failings at least once a year.

Assuming that there is no problems with brewing potions in sub zero temperature yes. We might have a extra engineering problem of making the room cold well well still being able to control the temperature of what we are making. Good thing we are a machinery genius.Won't we get another 2 dice when we have an alchemy spade set up in our own lab? From WHWH.
Damn, ok. I think Rosie can wait a bit. We gave her something to do this month with her abilities. We can heavily help her next month. But I think my point about how we are very, very deep in AP hell is aptly demonstrated here. We have essentially locked in all our actions for the month.
Last station actions aren't just about fixing up the place, but also take care of our gang down there. I assume that they will be mostly self sufficient by the time we finish fixing the place.I want to meet Odin before Mab, Last Station can wait a month.
COMMENTARY
Hmm.
Okay, Bob rolled ridiculously well.
I'm happy that it worked, but maybe you should not show us that?
We want to be surprised if things did not work out after all.
Objection:
Are we supposed to leave it hanging?
@DragonParadox
QUESTION
I assume we have told Dresden(and Thomas) that there are Jade Court akuma in Chicago?
Right after telling Michael?
Or is that part of the Kakuri action?
Mab called the meeting.-[X] Get ready for your meeting with Queen of Winter Fae: prepare a suitable meeting place, and preemptively gather intel with your crown. Lydia's library and treasury probably have something that can be used as a focus; Harry might be able to suggest something too.
If only we had one of those in town. Like say our martial arts teacherYou told them yeah, I did not want to have multiple updates of rehashing what you already know. Hary is busy up to his eyebrows, hence the potion and Michael is following your lead since with Shiro dead the Knights do not have an expert on the shen and the Wan Kuei anymore
We are calling upon Mab at a time of our choosing.Mab called the meeting.
By custom, she has to be hosting. Probably in Chicago, but she's hosting.
It's up to us to host, since we'll be summoning her to wherever we are.And that is how you can now add quizzically exasperated to the list of expressions you had seen on Queen Mab's face.
"As the wizard has pointed out that this is not the best place to have a conversation in, can I count upon you to call upon me so that you may listen to my proposal soon?"
Well yes, but that is something of a long term thing.Heh, half-half on that, on one hand you are right that we currently don't have anything there we care about, on the other this is a dragon nest and as such we benefits from not wrecking the place too much.
Fair enough. We are calling upon Mab at a time of our choosing.
It's up to us to host, since we'll be summoning her to wherever we are.
God no.I think the looted base at the bottom of the lake is a good place to host. Isolated, a message about what happens to our enemies, easy to cool down to subzero temperature, water makes for easier retreat or fight, it's a place of desolation and we don't really care about if it gets wreaked. We should of course prepare inhumanly great iced tea on china to set the proper mood. The right additives should stop it from freezing.
Mac might work. I was thinking our diamond making warehouse after a sufficient renovation, but an accorded neutral ground is probably better. Even jf we lose out on WHWH.Fair enough.
Thank you for the citation.
God no.
You do not host the freaking Queen of Air and Darkness in a looted Fomori base. Its like hosting a meeting with POTUS in a former Al Qaeda safehouse with blood and bulletholes in the walls.
Thats the sort of insult that comes back to cost us dearly.
And since we're the hosts, any insult or attack they come under from a third party is our responsibility. And frankly our fucking fault.
We're trying to do diplomacy, not to rack up new grudges.
You either shell out a couple thousand dollars to hire out a proper conference room in a three to five star Chicago hotel thats cooled and catered. Or you talk to Mac and hire out his place for a couple hours.
Either will do, with Mac's place having the added benefit of being Protected.
You're hosting the head of state of the most powerful supernatural nation in this reality.
Keep that in mind.
Mab is likely empowered by the cold as well so it likely doesn't exactly give us an advantage it's more about being hospitable.Mac might work. I was thinking our diamond making warehouse after a sufficient renovation, but an accorded neutral ground is probably better. Even jf we lose out on WHWH.
Biden doesnt like Al-Qaeda either.Of course we are going to do a quick clean up, but Mab doesn't like the Fomori either.
Nah. Our warehouse is a warehouse, not a meeting place. And is situated in a bad area of Chicago, to boot. I dont want to have to be responsible for Mab's security from a bunch of human criminals, or having to save human criminals from Mab or her entourage, if she brings one.Mac might work. I was thinking our diamond making warehouse after a sufficient renovation, but an accorded neutral ground is probably better. Even jf we lose out on WHWH.
