Two options here-she's not actually that hot at Magecraft, and territory creation, because she's an evil fox witch, so maybe her foxy magics are blunted on girls who aren't her type. Or she's not returning to the Mooncell because it hasn't happened yet, and she can't run off back there to be with her Master because in another sense, she's already there. IIRC, it's actually because Tamamo's one-tail form isn't all that strong comparatively, lore-wise. She needs to do the thing she did at the end of /Extra and train for extended periods of time and acquire more tails to get to the point where her overpowered divine spirit/sun goddess nature kicks in. Alternatively, You just multisummon a bunch of the Tamamo Nine. Tamamo Original Recipe, Tamamo Cat, Tamamo Shark, Tamamo-etc, and use them to bail out Tamamo's waifu and/or husbando.
Do we know how many tails Tamamo has in this singularity? I assume that because Marie didn't comment on it, she's only got the one and is probably pretty limited.

The Tamamo 9 all hate each other and would gladly kill each other if they could. Summoning all 9 just makes you waste Command Seals to keep them from killing each other on sight. Even then they won't work together well.

Well, first of all, Merlin and Solomon are mediocre at magecraft. I'm of the opinion Merlin's appropriately god-tier at artifact creation (he's responsible for the prophecy/legend surrounding the Sword in the Stone in most versions, and in the Nasuverse that's tantamount to creating Caliburn), but he stumbles over his incantations, and Solomon gets performance anxiety when he's not just ordering Goetia around.
But they have stupid cheats like "timeless dream-warping incubus in a world where the laws of physics are a dream of humanity" and "Literally Goetia" to make up for it.
Anyway, Berserk Tamamo would be using Witchcraft, EX. Have you heard about how bullshit Curses are in the Nasuverse? Witchcraft is better translated Cursecraft.

They've also got Mashu and in this Singularity they've got Jeanne, so that's two thirds of a perfectly viable arts stall team right there, and while Cu isn't a perfect match due to his being quick rather than arts, he's still great for stalling so their build is workable, if not perfect.
