You mean Reconciliation by LD 1449. Though that one has a Oni Lee that never went complete murder robo, so I wouldn't really call it redeemed. The story isn't really about him either, he's just a minor character.

Of course a random chicken isnt gonna get a reaction it'd have to hav some thing special... like say the icon of the Golden Crysanthemum or an Octagonal mirror or say a pattern of feathers resembling a necklace of Magatama.

I... think those are Inari foxes, yes. Though honestly, pure white animals have lore in a lot of different cultures. The Native Americans have a pretty big deal with white buffalo, but the example I personally know the most about is white stags from areas with Celtic roots and (later on) Christian influence. White animals were fae-touched, but as time went on the white stag became a probable source for unicorn mythos, a beast that was commonly identified as a metaphor for Christ in paintings and artwork.
