because characters like the Slaughterhouse 9 will rather die than accept something like Sunny jack slash will keep trying or force an unwinnable situation and be willing to kill himself or attempt to try for the remainder of his life just to spite ami .
As for Scion the entities only goal is the cycle and he is depressed so ami might have to figure out how to convince him that the entities cycle is worthlessness and also simultaneously not give him the motivation to try to destroy earth
And? That isn't a reason for Sunny to stoop to Jack's level. That's merely an obstacle.

When you have doG as a hammer, everything is a nail. Including Jack Slash and Scion. :)

Just give em a bit of a pounding, problem solved

This thread is both warming my heart and sending my sides into low Earth orbit. This is how Worm shoulda been. No need for senseless angst; just a good laugh every now and then.

My only request is that we see how Good doG takes out the S9. Please make it karmic and hilarious.

EDIT: Is it alright to posit a theory I have? Because I'm under the sneaking yet easily breakable suspicion that Good doG was sent by Annette. To me, it'd make sense that if Okami had a previous companion in Anne, then Anne would trust Okami enough to watch over Taylor, even when she's technically dead (you could argue that she might've become a spirit, but that's a whole other debate best saved for theologically inclined folk such as priests, imams, rabbis, and astro-physicists).

For those who do not know, Worm 2 Has Begun!!
The sequel is now being written!

So, on a (I think) fairly topical note, the Okami port for the PC launched recently. Has anyone else bought it?

If anyone hasn't heard of it/doesn't have a link for it: OKAMI HD on Steam. I like it, based on my own experiences thus far and with the PS3 version of the game, it has much more solid brush controls and just as solid overall controls.

I'm hoping to get a better gaming PC first. It's definitely on my list though.

... Unless you are typing this on a potato, it should be able to run the game at 1920x1080 resolution at a minimum of 30 fps. Which is console quality, unless you were playing on the Wii. I've never noticed any drops below a buttery smooth 60 fps, although that could have just been V-sync doing its job. I'll do some checking when I get home tonight.
