So, we're making a more permanent alliance with the Forluc via normal marriage, and with the Urtdysh via divine marriage. Anybody noticing a theme here?

Yeah, hopefully we won't end up with our hero getting bitch slapped by god and turned into a statue like the last time we integrated via marriage.

… Though we still have a sweet vassal out of that so it kind of worked out eventually.

These changes were reflected in the Forluc pantheon as not only did Evatine become one of the more prominent members of it, but Nalnir stopped being Nalnir, God of Harvest, Order and the Sun and became Nalniryn, Goddess of Harvest, Order and the Sun.

The Arthwyd won't sure how that happened, but many suspected the hand of Wyrn or the actions of Urthrynites.
Possible causes:
-Urth's Shady Magic
-Heroes messing around
-Wyrn Conspiracy

I see we have figured out Templates.

No and no. You have the potential to end up with the rulers of the Arthwyd Empire and the Forluc Kingdom being married, but that doesn't automatically mean alliance nor would any alliance necessarily be of a more permanent nature.

Secondly, there are no divine marriages going on so I am not sure what you are talking about there.

Yeah. Sorry, Oshha. I mostly meant that we were likely to form an allaiance with the Forluc, given it's the thread's will, and the marriage would help. Plus the Urthryn situation. Guess I presumed too much.

I mean...it kinda does. That's what marriages between rulers do.

They don't always do that and a marriage between two rulers don't inherently mean an alliance between their countries. Like in CK2 or EU4 how you can get a marriage with another state, but still need to get the alliance separately even if the marriage makes getting that alliance a lot easier.

Screw Lowland politics! Or even the land itself. We must main explore the sea to find the Whale Goddess!
Be careful my friend, the sea is a dangerous place. We don't know where we are on the globe and God forbid that we go looking for the Whale Goddess and end up meeting the Goddess of Australia!

She'd be deadly and constantly trying to eat us covered in vegemite washed down with a can of Fosters!

[X] [Forluc] Pull back and let things play out naturally. (???)

If you seek to aid everyone that suffers in the region, you will only weaken yourself... and weaken them. It is the internal struggles, when fought and won on their own, that yield the strongest rewards. You are stealing that struggle from them, cheapening it. If you care for others, then dispense with pity and sacrifice and recognize the value in letting them fight their own battles. And when they triumph, they will be even stronger for the victory.

And don't forget to support group you favor secretly, that way everyone will be stronger from their victory.
