What great arguments for a main war party.
We're a larger civ than Urth, we have an Excellent Martial leader to his Heroic(this is the same as Heroic vs Genius, you know, the whole thing that made Boarslayer?), and we did major damage to his economy with our last Secondary Raid. We also have other obligations.

The thing is, as long as we keep swinging at him WHILE building up/rebuilding, he'd find it hard to muster a force without going away entirely to get some peace to build up a force.

When fighting Vervov we had two (three?) heros doing it simultaneously. And we still lost.
Ykow if throw in a settlement in there
Then later on we can do both Main war and train warriors.
Doesn't that sound even better?
If we just fucking kill him now, then maybe we won't need to keep throwing actions at him later.

We have no idea the extent of their empire, population number, and so forth.

We're King of the Hill.

And remember how the Ymaryn had the option to give up King of the Hill without actually losing much land, manpower, tech and other things which made your civ powerful?

King of the Hill is more of a social concept that is based on perception and prestige than what your civ is actually capable of. A less powerful civ could end up King of the Hill if a more powerful civ turned down being King of the Hill.

I have also updated the Epic Age mechanics so that it scales up for more populated regions as the old ones assumed that you have about five or six civs in the region and if you had more than that, you would get Epic Ages far too often.

Epic Age!
Requirements
: Requires = 5+ Heroes or 1 Hero for every civ in the region in the local region (whichever is higher) or 2+ Geniuses or 1 Genius for every two civs in the region (whichever is higher),
Benefits: Each Great Power gets either a Hero or the option to upgrade an existing Hero to Genius or Double Hero, each Major Power gets a chance at rolling a Hero with improved odds or the option to upgrade an existing Hero to Genius or Double Hero, a Minor Power gets a chance at rolling a Hero or the chance to upgrade an existing Hero to Genius or Double Hero with improved odds of success,

Do permanent heroes count toward that?

Immortal Heroes? No.

In regards to immortal Heroes like Urth and Voryn, I am still working up some rules for them, but for now, I have them nerfed unless they are being opposed by another Hero so that they aren't too OP.

We're King of the Hill.

Let me tell you about Ymaryn's crusade against the Trelli.

We have the biggest and greatest armies in the world together with the advantage of iron, only to have our asses handed to us. The label of King of the Hill does not matter a wilt against the defensive terrain and the logistic bottleneck imposed on our armies. We assumed quite a bit that was just wasn't true.

Rather than overconfidentally sending our armies to be grind into dust, we should take the time to consider and learn the terrain, the strategic disposition, resources, and peoples in the lowland and the cursed forest.

Or we could recognize that Urth has been recognized as being on the road to ascension to godhood and if we do not keep him on the back foot, then he will be a permanent problem for us.

We don't know anything about Urth's resource, population number, and political organization. He could have conquered part of the lowlands for all we know. How do you know if our effort are actually doing anything good?

How do you know if Urth isn't just one guy trying to jumpstart a civilization? How do we know if Urth isn't already beyond our reach?

We are fighting in the dark. We have no idea what Urth's hitpoints is.

Since it was a long time ago, I will point how that Urth has historically conquered areas of the lowlands and has ruled over parts of the lowlands for centuries prior to the Lowland Collapse.

We have no idea what resources Urth has, all we can see is the cursed forest which could be just one part of a larger realm Urth has control of and it could be a minor part of that realm. Urth is hanging round near us because she wants something from us not because she has nowhere else to go. It's going to take a lot to finish her for good.

Because we've been told that he's attempting to achieve godhood, and using our bloodline in the process. We don't. And yes, that's rather the point. We don't know how close he is to completing his ritual, so there's no time to waste on interrupting it.
