Oh gods, Oahu is gonna be a mess right now, with all the snow and ice. The coming battle on and around the island is gonna be nasty to an unknown degree. Honolulu is going to be a real ugly urban battle to dislodge the Abyssals, unless they decide to just simply flatten the city. I'm wondering if they intend on using Hilo as a forward supply and repair point. It's not very large, but I don't think space is as great a consideration with ship girls. It would shorten up the logistics train a good deal.

The desecration of the Arizona memorial is likely to bring back not only the battle line but just about every other American ship girl and they are going to be pissed to put it mildly considering many were built to

Going to be bad afterwards, too: None of the plant life on Oahu is the kind that has ever had to worry about hard freeze winters. A bad snap freeze in Florida can kill entire citrus crops, for example. What's a week or two of Abyssal-induced near-Arctic hard ice going to do to the jungles and palms of Hawai'i? If they don't kill the Abyssals fast, there may not be a blade of grass or a single bush left alive on the island afterward. Picture Hawai'i reduced back to bare rock, sand, and buildings. I can't imagine that will be good for anyone...

If that did happen, as long as no one saw her, when she comes around Ford Island she would be within a few thousand yards of drydocks 1-3. Even 12" shells would be nearly unstoppable at that range.
Unfortunately, a Florida Class dreadnaught with two big cage masts will probably stand out.
