Bit of a Vista/Asuka complex then? Always seen as young, but wants to be treated as grown up, mature, and is very intelligent and driven as a result? Play off the fact she does enjoy getting hugs, headpats, and the like for comedy?

2a. I do get why though. We've got Jersey who's obnoxiously America Fuck Yeah, so why not someone who's obnoxiously Japan Anime Fuck Yeah?
2b. The foreshadowing with Wisconsin achieving better performance by her crew playing certain music makes so much sense is physically hurts.:p
3. Whiskey better have a body pillow. Because if you're playing that trope joke, play it to the hilt. :V
4. I have full confidence you'll make me laugh at some of Whiskey's antics.

Now that you mention it, it does seem like she and Kongou are behaving like the late, greater than great Robin Williams. She keeps a big smile, so no one will see her cry.

I wonder how Missouri would be like? Considering that Jersey is America Fuck Yea and Whisky is Anime Fuck Yeah? I am willing to bet she's the one who is constantly looking after the kids.

I mean... if I were to be honest here, to me, whenever I look at Wisky, she looks sad. Sad and lonely.
