It's kind of interesting that even if humans aren't as optimized for it as orcs since our legion will probably consist almost entirely of psykers, what with how we can make anyone with the mental fortitude a psyker and you don't become a space marine without mental fortitude out the ass, how fucking dope our uniform looks is an actual practical concern.

Or we build a dyson beam around every star in the galaxy and combine them into a laser that can burn through 100 Undecillion lightyears of tyranid every second at the start of the cone and still be able to burn through a lightyear per second at the point where the diameter is a quintillion lightyears across. That's ten trillion times the diameter of the Milky Way. And that point itself would be ten octillion lightyears away. We could probably take out the entire swarm with that if they don't have ftl sensors to detect the beam before it hits them. And even if they do, we'll almost definitely hit enough of them to scare off the swarm. We'll have to be careful not to accidentally the neighboring galaxies though.
That sounds massively destructive and like we might hit loads of other things.

Like the entire Pegasus galaxy, which is where they are currently.

Edit: Command Bonuses are up.
Poor Asgard. Even in another universe they keep getting shit on. In another time and place, it was a Von Neuman swarm of technology eating super legos (nanotech/grey-goo).

Now it's a Von Neuman swarm of biomass eating super bugs...lets hope the Asgard went Von Neuman themselves.

@ilbgar123 can there be an expy of the SG1 Asgard who were friends and allies from another galaxy of the DAoT Humanity (who can be Ancient/Lantean expies)? Maybe the reason why they haven't been able to help Humanity out during the Age of Strife is because the Warp storms kept messing up their 'Hyperdrives' everytime they got too close to the Milky Way and are now currently fighting the Tyranids so they are too busy to send probes once the Warp storms end with Slaneeshes birth ?

...Maybe?

Minorly Integrated Androids. Appeals to the Mechaniucs on the Androids' behalf have made them back off on destroying them, though they remain stubborn on the issue of making more. Drastically reduced tensions between Androids and Mechanicus.

Moderately Improved Guard Command. The officers and troops of the armed forces alike receive standardized training at dedicated facilities for such. +600 to PDF rolls. +300 to morale rolls.

Moderately Improved Fleet Command. The officers and crewmen of the fleets alike receive standardized training at facilities dedicated for such. +600 to naval rolls. +300 to morale rolls.
New bonuses

I can't really remember but did we spend some actions on integrating the xenos in our polity, and just generally making sure that different cultures didn't cause to much trouble?

B-Team (Canon)(Teamwork Heroes)(Count As Paragon Combat Hero In Group, Only Normal Heroes Alone)(+10 to roll of your choice)

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
!
Sempai has noticed me! I am canon! What's the difference between a Paragon Combat Hero and a Normal one?

Also, should Skipper go schmoozing the Eldar or a nice Stoner lady? Actually, going of the Madagascar/Penguins movies Skipper should end up with a Stoner and Kowalski with an Eldar agent.

Paragon is a 50 or more and has the 50 Perk. Skipper is a Martial Hero, Kowalski is a Learning Hero, Rico is a Combat Hero, and Private is a Diplomacy Hero. As a squad, they can fight toe-to-toe with a Combat Paragon.

I think we're good for awhile...
Speaking of good, ilbgar made good progress on on our SL/Integration Action list. If I'm reading the bonuses right that means we only have 8 things left. Well things collectively.

Completed stuff in red:

[X] [Minor] [SL] Magnus (x1)
[X] [Minor] [SL] Rogal Dorn (x1)
[X] [Minor] [SL] Mehtrya (x1)
[X] [Minor] [SL] Albert Salnus (x2) (max out parent SL and Speech)
Integration Actions (x139)
[X] [Integration] Improve Policy x7
[X] [Integration] The Android Situation (x7): Figure out how to integrate them fully without issues from the Mechanicum. Find out why they could not make more of themselves.

[X] [Integration] Tour the Bastion Sector (x15): We have all these shiny new planets, and we want to know more about their worlds and their people.
-[X] Network with very important people!
-[X] Visit cultural heritage sites of various planets!
-[X] Find out the unique exports of various planets!
-[X] Release the Propaganda Machine!
-[X] Greet the peasants! :V
[X] [Integration] Improve the Guard Command and Fleet Command. (x15): While you might rewritten the manual on warfare several times, it won't do any good if the admirals and generals in your army have not studied them to heart, or if your army and navy themselves are not organized enough to follow their commands.
-[X] Improve the organization standards of our army and navy.
-[X] Set up Academies to train recruited officers and troops.
-[X] Increase recruitment drive for our army and navy.
-[X] Set up War games to promote combat readiness.
-[X] Promote meritocracy within our army and navy.
[X] [Integration] Improve the Scientific Enterprise (x15): Improve existing R&D organizations, bringing the research capabilities of our polity slightly closer to Serras.
-[X] Improve integration between classical scientists, tech-priests, quarian technicians, and various tech-sects within Bastion.
-[X] Improve protocols for resource allocation, research sharing, vetting, and safeguard.

[X] [Integration] Improve Internal Security and Intelligence to counteract sabotage/traitors/spies/criminals (x15)
[X] [Integration] Diplomacy (x42)

Survey Actions (x62)
[X] [Survey] (x62)

@ilbgar123, are we getting tech back from the Emperor? We are sharing all of the stuff we discover, so it seems reasonable that there should be some flow in the other direction. Also, given our extremely close relationship with the admech, we should also have access to common imperial stcs, like the Rhino and Chimera. Can we get a list of that kind of thing?

Edit: the reason our PDF bonuses are so much higher is that naval bonuses we get are generally smaller than the PDF ones.

That seems to be the case, what you suggest would make sense in game and would be very convenient.

I've been gone to long and I don't have time to respond to everything so here's the important stuff:
We did Create a Psyker Crystal. That'll still be things Tzeentch can control but thanks to Hydaelyn that's reduced somewhat.

For our purposes, Khorne probably has no interest in Magic like our Crystals, which means for the most part we should be able to make those crystals safely without worry of him and his followers trying to make them. Also since Khorne hates magic we have no worry of his followers trying to make Hate and Rage crystals. Now forcing other psykers to make said crystals for them that's another story.
Khorne hates sorcerers not psykers as he just views psychic powers as just piece of some ones martial prowess so he will be using, researching and creating crystals.
Astartes can produce offspring but the resulting offspring will only be an incredibly healthy/strong offspring who's more likely to survive becoming an Astartes themselves because of this. Although two Astartes conceiving together has yet to be tested so the result of that union may very well be another Astartes.
Upon some discussion with Father, you direct your research into your organs into procedures to craft superhuman troops to serve as super-elites. Essentially, the Champions, for the Champions. Father was very clear that he did not intend for these supersoldiers to replace humanity as a whole, though the small subsection of the population that was compatible with 'gene-seed' of a given Primarch was small enough that a significant fraction would remain unaugmented even if everyone compatible underwent the procedure, especially given women were only compatible with Serras' type.
Why doesn't the Emperor want to replace all humans with Astartes and continuously improve the augmentations until we're all like him? I mean if you can mitigate the risk of augmentation rejection there's no logical reason not to make everyone into Astartes as they and other augmented humans are in all possible and conceivable ways better then standard unaugmented humans so it would only stand to benefit humanity both individually and as a whole if every human in the galaxy was augmented. In addition it's not like there isn't a precedent for this sort of thing either as in the past during the DAOT humans were augmented to a slightly lesser degree on a mass scale so it's not like he can say well it hasn't been done before or anything like that.

Plus this line of thinking is entirely against the Emperor's stated goal in universe of destroying Chaos as the only way to effectively fight Chaos is to improve your figurative K/D ratio as Chaos grow directly proportional to the civilization feeding it so the only way to defeat it is to improve your quality.

Also I am now off to go edit in all the skill changes from the update.

@ilbgar123 Since there is a chance of us encountering Enslavers sooner or later in survey actions, how protected are we from them? And how can we combat them effectively?

Enslavers cannot possess sanctioned psykers as easily due to the preparation their minds have undergone and can be overwhelmed if enough minds are present as it will have too many minds to try and assimilate at once. Unfortunately the protection sanctionites have is temporary and with enough pressure upon their mind, they will break and be obliterated by the Enslaver. Yet even so, the resistance would be adequate for the psyker and others around them to mount a physical attack.

Canon trained Psykers can resist them pretty well, or at least for long enough for others to notice and attack them, so we should be fine.

Plus, we should be pretty invincible against long term possessed Psyker thanks to our Choirs. Our Psyker can't really be possessed for long without notice because our Psykers work in Choirs, and I'm guessing that connection is deep enough that when the Choir forms the other members would be able to notice if one is possessed, and if one of them just stops showing up for work that's also suspicious.

I think. This is all guesswork.
