I just assumed someone from Serras' departments did that. I kind of worked off of another Omake that said that when Psyker Choirs are lead by an Eldar Bonesinger, they are able to consistently create high quality Mythril. It would also help the Eldar retain a sense of dignity by "teaching this unworthy race how to properly shape the immaterial like us proper Eldar."
It's not like we want to repay our debt to humanity and Serras or anything.

tsundere eldar....neat, now were going to have to deal with male eldar trying to woo serras...and Daderor getting pissed off and chasing them away with a flaming sword while eating tacos!

or just have the tutors kept in view of sisters of silence and custodians...following her almost everywhere (sisters of silence can go where the custodians cannot).

at least until the lessons are finished and the emperor can give them the boot especially when he glares at the phoenix lord while stating he remembers the eldar empire...at its FULL capacity.

that would make them FLINCH enough that they would run away as fast as possible.

I know nothing about Kingdom Hearts, but with how some talking about it I thought Keyblades were to supposed to be something super amazing. Not something that reduces your enemies' wounds. Is that all it does? If so, it's kind of useless.

I read it as "reduces max wounds of target unit." So if someone with 10 wounds got hit by the Silver Safeguard, they would take the hit and have a maximum of 9 wounds. In that case it would be a great weapon to counter high durability/healing units like Nurgle's and Malal's daemons because it would make them more and more fragile until they finally die.

that's scary....a deamon hit with that might actually perma-death by the association of OUCH!!!
 
Also not really a keyblade, just a light based sword that looks like a key, as the 'heartless' are more darkness based demons than actual heartless I think.

edit: are malal's new demons actually heartless or just darkness concept shards of him made into demons which are vulnerable to light?

why not just go with a sword that can light up and be better than trying to shoehorn a keyblade in it?

To be fair we need to land multiple strikes to bring them to zero. So if a daemon was able to block our attacks it would live, just severely maimed from the attack. Think of it as our version of the Emperor's ability to banish daemons. Even multiple glancing attacks would be enough to weaken it.
