Ugh, this choice opens up so many questions. Do we have enough ships at the moment to enforce rule in the Bastion? How many can we build in a turn? What is the most likely threat to the Bastion and how many ships do we need to face it?

Considering the fact that a WarBoss was able to contend with a tricked out primarch, we need a lot. Hell we also need some fertility runes for the eldar so they can have a larger population, get them loyal to us so they can be our assassin's/seers and get some more stuff done, like Gov reorganization and the Cleaning crues. By the way @ilbgar123 is it possible for Serras to create a Star forge using all of the ork material.

2 berths for each category of ship. shouldn't be too hard to convert dreadnought berths to construct the smaller ship classes temporarily. also ship numbers should be less than what the ork fleet as general rule of thumb is they have the biggest fleet.

Oh heck, our Dreadnoughts are the size of 40k Cruisers.

[X] Dreadnought Hull X ? 50 Points per Dreadnought Hull.
-[X] 30 hulls + the 3 free ones

are we able to use the dreadnought shipyards to construct either cruisers or escorts?

Yes, but due to inefficiencies that crop up from building a ship class it wasn't designed for, the shipyard doesn't build lower classes any faster than the correct shipyard. A Dreadnought shipyard used for Escorts would build 10 at exactly the same speed as the Escort-shipyard.

It occurs to me that now that we are running the bastion and about to focus on setting up its government we should train our administration stat higher. We are only passing 2 checks at present and it would only take 2 point to raise that to 3.

SO train Admin and then improve our Gov, seems legit. That and we so need more admin.

Hmm,that +10000 on warboss is pretty scary ,I can see why Blackfang can handle three Primarch at the same time and win now.

If people avoid combat training maybe improve our armour to artifact level should help us in the future.

Also we need to create proto-death watch when we want to kill ork warboss in the future.

We also need better training and admin for our worlds, that and recreate the hive worlds. Make them better, more efficient and less likely to have cults and mutants running around.

I want us to start our own vindicare temple, custom primarch made sniper rifle and adamantium+human wraithbone+crystal+rune boosted bullets to take out even greater daemon level warriors and ork warbosses

What we need to do is create two orders, The Assassins and the Templars. The assassins being the shadows and the templars being the light. Like the Templars are the diplomats and warriors, while the assassins are well assassin and spy masters. One being in the sun, the other in the shadows they cast.

I think we should try our very best catalogue all Admech tech and Eldar tech so that we can actually improve them further. Also, i want to create four Concept crystal and Rune, Humility, compassion, Moderation and Truth, lastly i want to confront Eldars about true nature of warp and fall so that we can finally become aware of Chaos and their powers. We can also information about Dark Age humanity from them, which will allow as to become more aware of mistakes of Ancient Humanity.

"Those who do not learn history are doomed to repeat it."
-George Santayana

We need to learn history of the fall so that we don't fall our selves.

Maybe it would be worth it at some point to build a ship that can automatically repair itself. I think it would make city ships/ world ships much more viable. Also can't wait till we get the (human)wraithbone. Want to see if we could construct a small moon like ship at some point that we can use to supply, lead, and other neat effects for a fleet.

Something like this that we would trick out if possible with the ability for a single person(us) to operate it easily, and the ability to use gravity manipulation to drag ships along with it as it either goes through the warp or some other form of FTL. Along with an ability to shield and hide solar systems from Daemon and other warp activity. All of this is technically possible if we abuse crystal and rune tech enough.

Really we could probably use crystals to easily come up with a "safer" if slower FTL method. Maybe by using {space} in conjunction with {Shrink} in front of us and {Expand} at the back or by using a absurd ammount of concepts and runes to make instant portals across our empire. If we really wanted to cheese it we could make wormholes with mundane tech and just use crystals to shrink what ever wants to travel through them down or expand the wormholes but shrinking the ship and people seems funnier.

Got paid and my expenses are squared away until my next paycheck, so I'm going to go get Serras drawn up by someone.

Anyone want to assemble our references together? @ilbgar123 , do you in particular have any comments to make?
