My only nitpick would be that the mention of wraithbone in the wargear invention action should be changed to "human derivative of wraithbone", as the stuff the Eldar use can't be used by other races, which is why Serras learned to make a derivative of it in the first place.

We were told the opposite of that.

We can't easily create wraithbone, it can be used by other races and I can point to the Ravenor books iirc for an instance of this because the amplifier chair used is supposed to use eldar wraithbone. His agents also wear wraithbone pendants which allows Ravenor to 'ware' his agents and take control of their bodies from very long distance.

The problem with Wraithbone is on the manufacturing side, not the usage side.

Yeah. I was thinking about the Wisdom crystals, and about the five Chaos Gods (including certain hypothetical interpretations of the Star Child). Any concept taken to the extreme can go wrong when said concepts aren't implemented by people who have common sense and/or interpret the concept with knowledge of its original intentions.

I'd guess that people want humanity crystals for the idea that it could sort of include things like human values and common sense?
I think it greatly synergizes with human wraithbone and allows us to unlock better psychic weapons being attuned to the human race.
 
human and Eldar mindset are different, they may even use the crystals humans can use the full potential of human-made crystal, while Eldar able to create crystal(humans taught them) and able to use the full potential of Eldar made Crytal. I think it is due to alien mindset because of Eldar concept of love, joy, the order is different from Human Equivalent. So they can not use the full potential of human-made one because they lack essence/flavour which is distinctly Eldar.

I think our reactors are good for now same with Gellar fields, could dump the actions into medigel tbh

I'm not sure where you're getting this, what we were told by ilbgar is that making wraithbone is hard/impossible for normal humans because it's optimised for Eldar souls and mental conditions, absolutely nothing about making use of wraithbone.

It's all on the manufacturing side, not on the utilisation side and I can point to a tonne of warhammer 40k novels which demonstrate that the top of the line gear for psykers inevitably ends up being made out of wraith bone.

Martial stat training because we're going to war with the orks. Pod investigation so we can learn more about our origins and potentially pick up improved materials for our crafters. Surveys a wild card admittedly but I don't think it hurts. Putting 10 actions towards medigel as you've done is kind of wasteful.

Learning about our origin is important, it opens options for us and gives us a potential target if we learn we're relatively close to Terra and that we're from there. A lot of what we know OOC can't be used because well we don't know about it. Learning stuff ICly is important.

if we are melee range of orks then things are already horribly wrong and we are already evacuating the area. We should not be in stabbing range of orks considering our army and our psyker powers.

Martial, not combat.

Martial covers the actual position of administrating battle via tactical and strategic acumen and where relevant logistics and supply chains.

Martial: 15 + 10 (Primarch) = 25. <-- Leadership level combat stat
Combat: 15 + 10 (Primarch) = 25. <---- Personal battle-prowess.
Administration: 18 + 10 (Primarch) = 28. <----- Kind of obvious.
Intrigue: 27 + 10 (Primarch) = 37. <------ Sneaksy.
Diplomacy: 10 + 10 (Primarch) = 27. <---- Speak good.
Power: 19 + 10 (Primarch) + 15 (Powerful Psyker) + 2 (Warp Spawn) = 52. <--- Psychic might
Control: 18 + 10 (Primarch) + 2 (Warp Spawn) = 30. <- Psychic control.
Learning: 20 + 10 (Primarch) = 30. <--- Intelligence.

@tri2 The martial training, isn't just for mele, it revolves around all martial actions, from fighting to military organization.
 
Shame no one interested in Planet Crackers but guess we can possibly work on those when there isn't a ork waagh showing up.
