It is so close, and that was said right on my birthday. That was a good unexpected gift from the internet.

Edit: how many dice rolls would someone have to pass to not reject Silver Sentinel Geneseed? And how many extra rolls/penalties does a male have for them to be only 1% of this legion?

1 for training (high-end stuff even by the standards of special forces of IRL Earth, and these aren't exactly experienced PDF officers most of the time), 2 for implantation. Serras is buffing the crap out of them, but you're going to get a couple natural 1s with that many potential Astartes.

so d100s?

as you can see above, I misunderstood how it works, and did the test rolls in my last post on accident, which where two ones and a two. Almost a perfect failure. (on furthur notice, they where three-faced die due to an error, not 100-sided. Tzeentch messing with things?)

EDit: do not reveal the actual secrets to me. that was NOT my intent. I would not want to spoil things for me or others.

ya know, we really should look into better flame weaponry as well as close quarters combat gear (anti-Ork and Genestealer and other nasty critter stuff)…

was kind of watching a Death wing video of a entire group with heavy Flammer's...there is something funny as hell as a bunch of terminator (those old mining equipment wearing dudes!) armored guys wielding Fire to purge the ever living heck out of a space hulk! every nook and cranny burned of any nasty critters and things that should not exist!

Also as a question, if we get all the elemental crystals (like fire, water, wind, ect.) would that allow our Warp-Crystal-Daughter to be VERY effective against daemons? because in tales of old Fire was one of the most powerful things used against the "Darkness" and "Evil"...so technically would fire be useful against warp predators and allow our girl to survive a chaos onslaught?

next turn, are we going to be more focused with our plans to prevent this blacklog again?
I think it would be better if @ilbgar123 just focused on summarising the content and providing a rough overview of the SL's, with a maximum of 5 SL's per turn that have more than 1-2 paragraphs dedicated to them. I mean, that way we could do everything the same way we did it until now. The minor actions don't take up that much space. I think it's the SL's that are the problem.

Given our personality (Gluttony) it'd be kinda a shame to limit SL's especially since we don't really interact with them outside that on a turn basis other then training.

By the way. In order to get effects out of a crystal, do you need to have a whole crystal or just the crystal matter?

Like, if you ground up fire crystal and made it into some kind of chalk. You issue it to demolition experts.

Or you take a hardening crystal, turn it into a stick of chalk, and issue it to soldiers so they can use it to scribble all over whatever cover they happen to be using at the time.

I was silly at first and thought you made runes by pressing a crystal against things.

Making a Crystal into powder is how Runes are made.

Well she can't at the moment. But what about in 10 years along with all the concepts we would add to her in that time?

Edit: well, if we ever get to 10 years

Maybe if there is a level or levels above level 10 crystals. Otherwhise the power that this kind of thing would be neglible would tqke decayes, if not centuries. It's not a shortcut to more power. It's only that the power and control of certain crystals/important stuff can be better delegated. Nothing more. If such a Angyl Prince would be perma-killed, then you can kiss a good chunk of Hydaeliyn's power goodbye, leaving her open to Chaos, which is why I revommend waiting a couple of decades, if not centuries.

Not exactly. Creating new runes and crystals adds that concept to Hydaelyn. So if we created a crystal of, say, Fear, then Hydaelyn would start to gain power from mortal fear. And this is in addition to the growth of her power as we bring crystals and runes to more worlds. Creating crystals beyond level 10 actually does much less than creating a new one, adding a concept to Hydaelyn's domain.
