Not really, it gives access to light for light speed attacks, so basically best chance of making Mecha Sonic as fast as the original Sonic.

Because the stealth units might be the easiest to hide from the Traitor. (Not really expecting this to win, but still want to at least try.)
Every time mecha sonic has been brought up before it's been in the context of experimenting with his super form, i wouldn't expect that to come up in a newly built bot but mecha already has it. The light drive is good I'm just disappointed there's no option for that.

I'd rather work on Silver Sonic before finishing up Mecha Sonic but otherwise its a good idea.
I want to finish up the both Silver Sonic and Hey Ho but team egg aren't something we can use discreetly, we'd essentially just be giving metal more power.
Agreed we need to make new robots that metal sonic does not know about
IDK, seems that sometimes he updates twice in one month, others he only updates once. We shouldn't pressure him to hold to a specific schedule, though, since he has other quests he's running.
Of course I am just wondering what his schedule is

With the light mecha sonic will be faster then sonic for a good while in base form but we will need to upgrade him so that he keeps staying faster then Sonic's
Wonder if will give him things like Hardlight constructs or lazer beams, or even invisibility mode
Light is a form of radiation soo if we manage to pump enough of it into a single point lasers are a option another is invisible by bending light but unless mecha sonic can scan opponent without using light then he would be blind to as no light is in there when he bends it
