I mean from what shadow showed the buzz bomber battleship has tons of well buzz bombers.
But isn't that just an armed transport? Does Eggman even have anything like a spawner to begin with?

we should really be more specific for our badnicks than just "flying type" so here's my idea, make wyverns that serve as elite flying mooks, then later make a dragon boss variant. Eggman genuinely doesn't have any great flying robot designs so this is urgent. (the turtloids are decent but not really great or a mainline kind of robot, and the buzz bombers are great but not well suited to fighting off other flying opponents)
