Aiding the E.G.G.M.A.N. (Sonic)

Especially once Metal Sonic tries to take over the empire for himself, has the Doctor add any more to the Metal series once Metal was defeated?
I wonder if we can gain a sort of respect for Sonic and his friends for fighting against our master no matter the odds.
It was said that we will be creating a Hero unit to help the boss against Sonic or one of his friends.
Also if we want more points for our machines we try this:

Alright, with the vote closed I moved Electric Immunity to completed research, the Info Sheet should be up to date.
[x] One of Metal Series, Silver Sonic, Mecha Sonic, Mecha Knuckles, Metal Knuckles, or even the prototype any one of these machines could be a potent force if brought up to spec.
I'd rather get quite a bit more blueprints and designs to work off of before we try and design an original unit.

Btw i personally vote we pick Silver Sonic. He is the most deficient model of those presented. Also, I think we should spend extra time on him. Because once we roll out an effective combat capable doppleganger Eggman will be pretty damn happy.

Plus, most of my Sonic games experience is with the Mega Drive (Genesis to you Americans) era, so my vote goes to:
[x] Past Badniks the good doctor has created a wide variety of machines in the past, perhaps bringing one of these older machines up to date could be of aid to your creator.
Robotnik pro'ly still has some old production lines tooled for these things, so we wouldn't have to build a new one, and it wouldn't be the shutting down for retooling that upgrading a current line would be, so it's less likely to annoy our master.
That says to me either bringing a past badnik up to spec or upgrading a current badnik so it's not so much of a walkover for Sonic & friends would be our best bet, because it would give us more 'insight' into upgrading the Metal series, Alpha the next time we have a go at him, or a future powerhouse. And while boss units are great and all, if we can upgrade one of the badniks to, in tvtropes-talk, Demonic Spider-level (not as bad as That One Boss, but more than the Goddamned Bats that most Badniks are), it might give Boss units a better chance, if the heroes are exhausted from fighting more capable mass-produced units.

Because it's the weakest link. Given development time it can become a effective cheap unit of the series as a good baseline. And then we can improve the models that already heads above it even more effectively having started from the basics.

These are something I'd like to petition be an option for future enhancement. They give us access to lower tier higher quality units to deploy.

We can use it as a Mass Production model as well, cause while Sonic won't be bothered by one, but an entire army of them could be interesting.
And if Sonic does defeat it, then we can use what we learned in order to make the other Metal Series stronger as well.

Yeah I think we gain the most from working on Silver Sonic first. It is the most basic models thus needs the most help. And is a good intro to the replica series as a whole. Also Sonic isn't the only enemy, so reliable non-sonic units would mess up other members of the team and G.U.N. for example.

I feel that's simply accomplished by making certain their programming is air tight I regards to letting go of objectives that are passed and focusing on the current task.
Get in on the ground floor, invest in loyalty/sanity hard lol.
