Due pardon the lateness of my response
Not necessarily
It may be technological sciences and library full of seemingly nothing but books but such sections as alternate mediums are smaller in comparison
Not to mention in every library I've seen thus far they are separated from the books being in an entirely different section despite the subjects matching
A thought I've recently had is what if kyubey did get knowledge on abnormality creation? The thought revealed that it arguably could be a good thing allowing to harvest energy at leisure, not much need for employees when it has as many bodies it wants to throw at them instead meaning trial and error are better suited, still relies on other species in order to produce the abnormalities to begin with meaning it will shift it efforts from harvesting to preservation, and last but not least entropy issues are dealt with meaning it doesn't need to screw people over and if it needs more energy just draw out another abnormality, it's something to contemplate at least
And on the topic of nothing there...... think we could program in some knowledge on human biology and languge through Lobotomy to satisfy it?
......
That is not a good idea
If it was White night or that birdpocalypse beast mayhaps but if nothing there
My money's on stage builder consistently tossing him away like bouncy rubber ball
And arguably crazier then me contemplating giving kyuubey abnormality knowledge
Due pardon the lateness of my response

Didn't the Abnos need humans (or at the very least being with emotions) to generate energy? Or was that just a lie put in the script by Ayin?
I feel Kyubey will make earth into a slaughter house.
And that's why I don't want them to watch freely either. We didn't say anything about energy extraction, and we'd better get all the Anomalies before Kyubey figured it out. And given their technological superiority, it's actually more of a matter of time.

I have no clue, and admittedly kyuubey can have emotions afterall it arguably can if some of the 'derivatives' indicate such and of course it has desires as shown by its plotting in the movies and whole objective of negating entropy screams desire to live
It arguably does have them but in such a muted or alien way that it is hard to discern

First: Yes, he can have emotion... if he goes insane, that's literally what emotions are to his species, going insane.
Second: You can fight entropy without any desire to live, for example, you could just be a bunch of preprogrammed AIs made for this by another race, which is the headcanon of some for Kyubey's origin. You can also do it not because you desire to live, but because your values lead to you calculating that you benefit more from stopping entropy than by letting the universe reach the heat death.
This is factually incorrect. Kyubey cares. More specifically, they care about meeting their quota. Kriemhild Gretchen's emergence fulfills it. Nothing There ending the world does not, unless they can deus ex machina a way to obtain energy from her kills.

He still doesn't care about the world, as you say, the important thing is the quota, and abnormalities can produce energy, it's far from impossible for it to find a situation where the quota is met without keeping the earth.
Edit:
Basically, I do think my answer is true, because the post was about him caring about the world, which is not the case.

Kyubey does not know how to harvest energy from Abnormalities. Furthermore, if Nothing There wants to end the world, she will not wait until Kyubey figured out how to profit from it. At this point they can not even directly observe her.

No, the circumstances are completely different. Kriemhild Gretchen, at birth, single-handedly exceeded projected energy production from the entire planet, so Kyubei thought it was a fair exchange. But losing an entire planet, probably not even getting anything useful out of it? It's not in their interest at all. Of course, if we fail and things get ugly, Kyubei might decide it's not worth it and just leave, but that's another matter.

I pointed it out because it does matter, if Kyubey cared about the world, then even if he found a way to gain his quota by destroying it, we would be safe. Since he cares about his quota, if he find a way to fulfill the quota at the cost of the world (by destabilizing an abnormality so that it produce enough energy, to give one quick and dirty example), then we go kaboom.
The important part is that Kyubey is not our friend and his priorities can very well lead to our death and the death of our children.
[x] (Tactics) No matter what, you cannot fight it right now, Nothing There's goal is to be human, now that it has a body, it is not impossible that it wants to learn from others how to act. You should try to negotiate first, be non-hostile, it is too dangerous to provoke it if it isn't attacking, if it is, your rapiers should be the first weapons you use, they are the only thing you have that might be able to really hurt it.

So, in light of X discovering Nothing There in universe, my brain has demanded that I try and cobble together a new Abno File for her, since the Lob Corp one is... outdated. And I have a couple thoughts on how Magical Girl Nothing There would work in Lob Corp. So have a Spoiler'd Nothing There Abnormality File! It's probably not great or even remotely balanced, but then we're in a situation where Nothing There has broken any semblance of balance on a physical combat level.
probably also doesn't help that I'm less focused on that balance and more on looking at what few observed tendencies we have, and extrapolating based on those to make something I think lines up with what we know.
Abnormality File -
Name: Nothing There
E-Box: 35
Subject Classification: O-06-20א
Attack Type: Red (5-7)
Risk Level: ALEPH
Good Mood: 25-35
Normal Mood: 15-24
Bad Mood: 0-14
Work Results - Instinct - [I: Very Low] [II: Low] [III: Low] [IV: Common] [V: Common] Insight - [I: Very Low] [II: Very Low] [III: Very Low] [IV: Low] [V: Low] Attachment - [I: Low] [II: Low] [III: Common] [IV: High] [V: Very High] Repression - [I: Very Low] [II: Very Low] [III: Very Low] [IV: Very Low] [V: Very Low]
Managerial Works -
1. When the Work Result was Bad the Qliphoth Counter decreased.
2. A Puella Magi sent to work with Nothing There was immediately killed and [REDACTED], and the Qliphoth Counter decreased. The same instance occurred when an Employee panicked.
3. Puella Magi wearing an EGO Gift from T-01-10 was allowed to complete her work and emerge unharmed from Nothing There's containment unit. When a Puella Magi wearing an EGO Gift from T-01-10 worked with Nothing There, the Qliphoth Counter increased regardless of the Work Result.
4. If T-01-10 is in the facility and breaches containment, Nothing There will breach containment immediately to assist T-01-10. When Nothing There and T-01-10 are the only remaining Breached Abnormalities, Nothing There will return to containment.
5. If T-01-10 breaches to assist in Suppressing Nothing There, Nothing There will attempt to flee to its containment unit.
6. If Nothing There and T-01-10 are both breached, Suppressing T-01-10 will cause Nothing There to go berserk and attack everything indiscriminately. All further attempts by T-01-10 to peacefully Suppress Nothing There will be ignored until Suppressed.
I'm not sure whether the EGO set would have changed names or anything, but I have two names to put forth in the event that they did. Either "Mimicry..?" or "Emulation" would be my guesses.
Story: Ahahaha-yeah no I'm not writing that. I'm sorry, but no.
I may, or may not have been partially inspired by The Road Home & Scaredy Cat's dynamic in Wonderlab, after reading a bit of it. My take is honestly that Nothing There has become notably more stable and easier to work with (Such as the decreased NE Damage being from NT fully understanding that people are fragile and at least trying to control her strength because it's what א would want), but in exchange is significantly harder to Suppress if you end up in that nightmare scenario where it becomes necessary.
Hopefully this reflects that at least a little? Probably not, given her resistances, but just take my word for it when I say she probably makes up for it via bigger numbers and even scarier attacks. She is kind of beefed up by Magic/Actualization now, after all. And that's not even noting the rather serious increase in observable intelligence in Nothing There's words and actions.
As for votes... this looks fine IMO. Admittedly I'd like more combat tactics (someone's already mentioned most of the good ones so I won't do that here), but it works as a loose framework if diplomacy fails.
[x] Might need your supervision

I feel like people are overlooking a key point. Nothing There has only been found when it's attacking Magical Girls. So we have two scenarios for encountering it, one being significantly more likely then the other. E.G. we find Nothing There attacking more Magical Girls. Given X's actions and thoughts so far, she will not find Nothing There taking their Soul Gems any any level of acceptable. So any plan needs mention of how to protect them.

As per precedent, another one. This time in response to Genih Wat's modified Nothing There profile. I was joking before, but I really will end up having posted the whole Holy Quintet soon.
