As for my choice, keeping The Blue Hobo alone is generally a bad decision.
X has made big strides in being a true magical girl. Her attack names are getting better too!

My gut feeling is that we will have the energy for a single major entanglement before the Twilight fades (maybe more but it's uncertain), so freeing up Homura's time powers will be good for recovery.
A part of me wants to go to Sayaka and Kyoko, though if this is something that Sayaka is able to help resolve without X's help it would be a boon for her morale. There is a risk that she can't and the situation only gets worse, but I'm hoping that positioning X so that she won't have to rest mid-combat will be the optimal safety net in case she needs to go to all 3 locations.

Remember, the objectives need to be completed simultaneously, or at least close to it.
Helping a party means they still have to stay behind to destroy the marker at the right time, they won't be able to just go off to reinforce someone else.
Helping Argalia doesn't mean he's going to be free elsewhere. Only we are mobile because of Leonie.

I mean, X could just leave a soldier at the location and set it to explode when the time comes. You'd have the issue of needing to hold the position, but that's a separate thing. I don't remember who it was that suggested this, but I think it was after the Judgement Bird fight.
Problem with that:
Homura cannot use timestop right now due to the markers, so no recovery like that.
We'll have to have the current situations taken care off one way or another before no matter what.
Indeed, but Homura could recharge her store of time with X temporarily present and use her heavier duty powers more often?
(It's too bad we can't keep swapping between battlefields or hand Leonie off to someone else - the tactically flexibility that brings would change a lot of equations, unless it takes a while to swap between each front.)

Argalia can easily be justified IC as the unknown enemy maybe being as dangerous as Winchester just was, while not going for Sayaka can be simple trust that they can get out of this, and taking into account that if Kyoko can pull out her fire, she is very difficult to put down.
You can also say that X is prioritizing the fight that will take the less time, so that she can come to the rescue of the others quickly with more force on her side.

Time dilation would still be helpful. The situation on all fronts can change quickly so cutting down X's downtime wherever possible is good. The idea of clearing Argalia's location and then leaving a token force of minions is iffy because it should be fairly obvious to the Adult to bumrush them and disrupt the simultaneous clear.
We currently have 7, 6, 6 votes for the 3 options. Just 1 off from 666...

Freeing up Argalia to support other sectors at the same time isn't a bad idea at all looking at it strategically.
Argalia and X are both of our heaviest hitters and being able to have both of them run around freely would be a huge boon to our combat power (if we finish with Argalia's objective quickly, [which we should since both are Color levels] we can send X to Sayaka and Kyoko quickly while sending Argalia to help support Mami and Homura, this is entirely possible since both Leonia and X can teleport)
While if we assist with just either Mamimura, or Kyoyaka one of the girl's group will still be in troubles, while Argalia is tied down not being supportive.
