Would you Distort or manifest EGO?

Noice. New X's art.
Though I see that Angela fixed our Galactic hair...A pity...
As a result of your chosen body's preference for this weapon, Mimicry can transform itself completely into any simple physical weapon instead of just adjusting its characteristics.

Pairing - Eternal Meal: An endless, insatiable hunger. Mimicry becomes capable of producing multiple smaller weapons. In addition to allowing the wielder to use additional weapons, it can also imitate weapons with multiple separate parts such as a bow and arrow.

Due to a strong affection towards you from both halves of this pairing, it is usable even in your restrained state.
A Mimicry gun would likely be too much, this is quite an excellent weapon already. Given the description, this thing is insanely strong in the strength department. Though one can question how regeneration would interact with X.

I wonder what the birds' E.G.O would be.

The power to sculpt from thought into reality. You can extract from your memories to create creatures, places, or items. EGO Gear can be replicated and integrated into these creations once a suitable blueprint has been given.
This is an interesting change. We might see the other Ordeals later on then.

Internal Damage: Severe injuries incurred during your fight against Nothing There. Inflicts a light reduction overall to physical capabilities and restricts the speed of use with Lobotomy.

Will eventually be repaired.
This one is gonna be a problem. But X's healing should be able to overcome it fairly easily.

BUT, we did get a sweet ass Galaxy Coat in exchange. So I think that's an overall improvement.

How much do you wanna bet getting Bird EGO together gets us The Claw, given the birds are sort of an allegory for The Head?

Witch Hunting with Mimicry could probably fix that right up.

I like how X's expression is made of different characters' facial features each time. I think the previous version had Ayin's eyes (?) and Benjamin's smile. Now she has Gebura' eyes and Angela's smile.

they lack vision and are grateful for the direction you give
eternal meal also likes us a lot
I wonder why? (Lol)

The follow following EGO
restricts the speed of use with of Lobotomy

Lepidoptera, I understand that the segments formerly under Alkahest are now properly understood to be innate abilities, but where is the description of Alkahest itself?
(And also would like a description of X's understanding of the limitations of Manifested Lobotomy too)
I'm not sorry, but shouldn't DoSaM's sheet be updated with Mimicry too?

Integration: Integrated
Synergy: Eternal Meal
Do note that Synthesis is NOT complete here (although Integration is seemingly instant here)

both halves of this pairing
(Hm, what other Abnos that both have affection towards us and are related to Eternal Meal?)

There's more to be talked about regarding the changes, but first:
Can we use Mimicry as an attachment to other weapons, or to use it fire different projectiles like Swords or Lobotomy-spears? Hand it off to Pink Soldiers?
Is it capable of autonomous action (say, truly automatic crossbows)?
(I would say we could use this in nunchuck or weighted net form for a restraining option too. Though. Overwhelming strength - sling and shapeshifting projectile?)

Honestly though, creative use aside, I'm quite happy with Regeneration alone - makes us more likely to win future DPS races...

One of the best aspect about Mimicry is that you don't lose physical battles with Mimicry.

Its about time the girls get a glimpse at seeing the (Discount) Red Mist in action.

Physical battle and weapons.... Back to caveman style clubs (lol)?
For real though, I don't really see how to use the Synergy and Geburah body upgrade, things being a shape shifting weapon that buffs strength or something is more than enough already

it can still detect and interact with them in other ways
E: 200% more to this I cannot think of now, but given that Lobotomy was stylised as the Manager's Eyes - can we use it as a Tracker, especially when facing teleporting foes?

And honestly, we should test out Orders more - what happens with contradictory ones, or ones with a crafted paradox within, or ones that last indefinitely? ("Do not go home until you finish reading all the digits of e" comes to mind)

I am not interested in any sort of weapon race.
I'm interested in can our sword speak or not.
And does it connect with nothing there or not.

Well. After the ass beating, we got delivered to us by Nothing There's shell form (even after X claimed "I hAvE a PlAn" she still got her ass beat), I am very interested in not having our ass beaten to the point of our shell breaking.

As for whether Mimicry can talk or not...well, probably. But it will be muted.

We have traces of Red, so E.G.O influences like that are inconsequential in the first place.

I might as well continue developing my AU :V

Content warning: MAJOR red-pill below, Prudence IV and above recommended
-and stares in confusion as they grasp only wisps of smoke drowned out by the rain.
As a consequence of being forced to use a Magic she no longer possessed, Kyoko Sakura's Soul Gem has received extreme damage. In its current state, she cannot recover.
Ha! A contradiction!

Clearly she can still use illusion magic, which means she can't regenerate for some other reason...that reason, obviously, being WhiteNight's E.G.O, which doesn't permit natural regeneration!

Wake up, sheeple! X's lying to us, the Informational threadmarks are already confirmed to be an unreliable narrator!

(In all seriousness, I give it about 50/50 odds that Kyoko won't actually Distort if we go Phenomenon. Just a hunch of mine.)

Speaking of Kyoko, her power actually saved Mami (well, her body) and that might be enough to make Kyoko stop regretting her wish. Corruption first needs a corrupted state of mind, so there's a chance that Kyoko can get through it without Corruption, or at least be cured of it much easier than Homura.
