[X]That wendigo is a threat, and you can't rest at ease until he's dealt with. Get with Hiyasu and figure out a game plan.

The time to not have this problem be extant has long since passed

@EvaUnit01
If we fight, can we still get some slice of life afterwards?
Counting today, you have three days left of summer break.

The final day is automatically reserved for going back home and getting ready for school.

If you work together with Hiyasu to take out Terada, then that will theoretically take less than a whole day, which should leave you with a day and some change to spend on fluff without the looming specter of a man-eating wendigo who damn near scared the piss out of your mother.

Gah, wah, ahhhh.

You an't just stop there!
Can't I?

Talking about stand, seeing as the author linked a song called Abracadabra we can assume that is the magicians stand.
Confirmed; Natalie Lee's Stand is named Abracadabra.

(Also, I hope you don't mind me ask @EvaUnit01 but is my Omake good enough for the oktober event?)
In all honesty it could use some touching-up (paragraph formatting is a bit of a mess in some places), but the basic prose is sufficient, yes. (Moka costumed as Joseph was fucking beautiful, by the way; I eagerly await anyone who attempts to top that)

[X]You came here to relax, and you intend to keep doing so.

I'm here for Fluff! Fights aplenty will be waiting back at school.

With no further warning, a sword abruptly starts coming through one of the slits in the box, and you don't completely have enough room to get out of the way! The sharp silver grazes your arm and...!

.....passes through completely harmlessly?

Kurumu looks nothing short of baffled by your statement, and you realize that you need to explain it. "I mean, the entire point behind Youkai Academy is to teach monsters how to live peacefully in the human world, right? Despite all the chaos we see at school, when you mention the possibility that there could be monsters among us now..."

In an effort to demonstrate your point, you casually gesture to the crowd around you. "I look around me and all I see are people; people that came here to have some good-natured fun. If there might happen to be a Frankenstein or a Kappa or something -- or even a lot of different somethings -- in attendance, then to me it would serve as proof that humans and monsters can coexist in harmony."
Okay so I was just catching up and something occurred to me. I know the intent of this speech is meant to be inspiring and good natured, but I can't help feeling that it's actually kind of sad. I mean, can you really call it living in harmony when half of the equation is effectively in hiding under a lie and a glamour? When the whole point of the Academy is to teach monsters how to never let anyone know what, and in large part who, they really are?

This isn't a criticism or anything, just wanted to get a sudden bit of overanalysing off my chest.

While monsters and humans living amongst each other and aware of each other would be nice, baby steps have to be taken. Rome wasn't built in a day, and if humans are ever going to live amongst youkai without being afraid then there can't be a justified reason for them to be afraid.

Well yes, but that's not my point. My point was that a speech intended to be uplifting instead gave me the sads and I wanted to talk about it.

Although thinking about it, revealing it would have to be a very delicate procedure to avoid dumping the "We've been living among you all along lol" right on everyone's paranoia receptors.

Might not be perfect yet, but it's evidence we're on the right track.

I think a large part of the problem is that the youkai all have very different cultures/patterns of behavior which do not really play well even with each other (see literally 90% of the incidents of the Yokai Academy in the first series) let's say nothing with the squishy humans, to the point that I think that whole humans form is more a means of restraint for the more powerful and measure a comfort for the weaker members, by making everybody assume the form of the weakest species and thus creating a form of equality

Remember, after all students aren't even supposed to tell their classmates their monster form, who you know, are aware of the whole monster thing, which crealy is in order to protect said equality that is established there and make their relationships more geniue

...Right.
Theoretically.
Look I just want some slice of life fun times, I don't want to turn this into a big thing.
Very annoyed that we ended up having him show up from a single vote that is now risking turning this visit into a pretty shitty one, all things considered.

I can't help but wonder: Aren't Stand Users supposed to be somewhat rare, given that one of the primary means of becoming one is a rare artifact?

They're rare compared to the world's total population, but they're subconsciously drawn towards each other, meaning being a Stand user or associating with Stand users means you'll inevitably meet more of them.

You can also be born with one naturally like Avdol or Manish Baby. Plus when you actually look at each part you only meet like 25ish people with a stand each time which kinda fit's with the semi-rarity of the ability, you have a chance to meet someone with it but never a lot.

The audience voted him into existence, and now the audience must decide whether or not to vote him out of existence.

Can we unlock Star Platinum early? If no, then reeeeelllaaaaaxxx.

If yes? GET THAT FUCKING WENDIGO.
It certainly can't hurt your chances. I wouldn't call it a guarantee, but it's certainly possible.
