it sounds like lesser taint may just be smaller shifts in your frequency, there isn't so much a dark spot on your soul as your entire soul has gotten a bit darker. There is no concentration of corruption to burn out since it affects the soul holistically.

I don't think we are nearly at the level of control needed to affect small parts of the soul so yes it would be some kind of ritual that effects then entire soul.

Not much, but hopefully enough to counter act lesser corruption.

I'd say it's too hammy and you might be making some things up from nothing in terms of who has expertise in what.

Just go with "Propose the Trust creates a centralised agency under itself dedicated to training defence engineers and work crews who's purpose is to rapidly build fortifications on new worlds and assist in the fortification of already held ones. This academy is to draw expertise from all worlds of the Trust."

I like the concept but I think your asking for too much here, by the time an institution learned how to combine, apply and teach everything here the invasion will almost be done and the major period of critical defense building will be over. I think it could be shaved down into something that focuses on speed and efficiency that can be set up in about a decade so it can be applied fully.

I've changed that already.

It's longer term goal is what you said above for now its about combining the skills of that individual have to try and make the best things they have as quickly as possible as well as training an independent work force to do it.

I admit it has been rattling around in my head, but that's the problem I tended to forget it cause I had various things (exams ect) and would forget about it and then toy with it a bit ect.

I think I wrote up the idea somewhere in thread.

In hindsight we should have set something like this up at the 4-5th meeting, rather than a fund for defences.
