Does See No Evil, Speak No Evil, Hear No Evil, Do No Evil still do something? Its text still reads:
Upgrades [A Hand to Hold the Candle, A Hand to Guide the Sword, A Mouth to Sing the Hymns, Two Feet to March against the Dark, and Eyes to See the Star Child's Light] to [My Soul Has Seen The Glory Of The Coming Of Our Star...].
But we just choose My Soul Has Seen The Glory Of The Coming Of Our Star as our new baseline, no?

[] [Chapter] Lamenting Legion Fleets (0.5/1)
Much has changed, and more has been gained. Our ships must reflect the turning of the wheel.
(Gain: The ships of the Lamenters are upgraded.)
Yeah, actually, we should do Void XX now. Lamenter Fleets are about to upgrade, I'm sure Capstone Traits will be some bullshit, let's get it so their refits can benefit.

Research Turn would be super nice but we can honestly live without it at the moment. There would be significant benefits but I think getting Void XX right now would outweigh it.

No, they do not have that.
Interesting. Is there any particular reason why? Is it that the Terminator Armor is extremely technologically beyond even iterative improvements that reached the Mark XIII-equivalents, since iirc Terminator is more about bulk and protection over maneuverability, with special material composition for the plates I think, or is it just lack of comparative interest to other stuff over the last millennia and focusing more on simplifying logistics.

Well, we have a turn of Cry. Let's just get void XX. I think I'm in favor of turning off The Grand Design because then we'll get an extra Cry turn.

Here are all of the actions we need for VI XX - it's 7 in total.
--[] Void Industry XVII (2/2)
--[] Void Industry XVIII (1/2)
--[] Void Industry XVIII (2/2)
--[] Void Industry XIX(1/2)
--[] Void Industry XIX (2/2)
--[] Void Industry XX(1/2)
--[] Void Industry XX (2/2)

[] Plan: Void XX
-[] [Free] Consecrate In Sacred Sand (Flukrit)
-[] [Free] Turn off The Grand Design
-[] [AUTOMATIC] Sub-Sector Subversion (Choose Two)
--[] Generally integrate independent systems in the sub-sectors we've colonized recently.
-[] [General] Develop The Federations'...

Uh. So - yeah. And then next turn we'll do the unification with the shipwrights.

@HeroCooky Questions:
1. For the Shipwright unification, will it go better if we spend more actions on it?
2. Does getting void XX interact with the shipwright unification at all?
3. Is there a path to unification with the Duchy now that they're exchanging heretical for iconoclastic (or am I reading that wrong?)
4. How's the Council feel about integration? They chilled out yet? Could we plan to do more diplomacy towards them next turn?
5. Now that we know some more about the 'nids, is there anything we can do to prep against them? Specific anti-genestealer research, surveying stars for early warning about Narvhals, etc?

1. No, it'll just make you seem desperate. One is enough.
2. It'll boost your side of the equation.
3. Not unless you agressively try to seduce them to your nation. They'll likely stay an independent nation unless you pull a gun or they get bodied so hard they accept vassalage for protection and then get subsumed.
4. Yes to chill and diplomacy.
5. The Duchy has been told about the Narvhals, and they added that to the list of things to watch out for just in case. Remind yourself that you don't know that you are trying to prepare for the Tyranids. Just "some" threat that will come through the Ghoul Stars.
So huh, there's no All-XV milestone perk?
Your trait Waking Giant got upgraded to Lumbering Giant.

... Hey, how about we ask the Star Child about what exactly we are facing?

That and maybe getting papa's biological warfare after that- we'd be having that Dawn Of War 2 campaign where we deliver a poison to their core!

It could be enough to change the epilogue on it's own, I think.

Lumbering Titan - Increases the Action Cost of Development by 1 (to 4), but automatically improves all Dev-Levels to at least XV if they sink below.
See No Evil, Speak No Evil, Hear No Evil, Do No Evil - Requires 500 Choirs to operate fully. Upgrades [My Eyes Have Seen The Glory Of The Coming Of Our Star] to [My Eyes Have Seen The Glory Of The Coming Of Our Star | My Heart Does Know The Passing Of Their Laws]. Singing at less than 100% Choir Requirements transfers an equivalent of 0.2% of the trait per Choir assigned. The trait will apply to all Non-Faithful half effectiveness.
I guess these are where we're at now?
