Remember that our tier 3 heros had to have their drive worked on in 3 turns or else they would leave. And in the last few turns we had to dedicate a few of our actions for immediate threats. Which we might get again if the dice rolls against us are great! And not every unit is going to be understanding and wait. Cause for some units, that would go against their personality

She didn't crack immortality, she sidestepped the infirmity of age by sacrificing the her entire magical capability. To the point where she is explicitly unlikely to regain the power to perform it again. It is a grand feat of magic, but she's still mortal.
She's still by far the best pick simply based on wisdom, but we should note that she'll see through Eggman pretty damn quick.

She did her part but the mission she was assigned to failed and her boss is cranky about it. The boss she doesn't want to work for in the first place. Hopefully we can get her shop made in the next couple turns (I want that income), which will help, but she's starting with a negative loyalty for a reason.

Consider the fact we will likely have to face a lot of Mystical enemies in the future, including the Moon and her angels, she probably be the pick for me.
Maybe we should first make that Ragnite detector first to lower the DC
